In-Game Music... - Banris - 10-20-2009 Anyone know where the files are for the in-game music? I have the music turned off in-game, but if I tab out and back in the music is blaring! I'd love to just delete all of the different music files. In-Game Music... - Treewyrm - 10-20-2009 If you want to get rid of that bug completely: 1) Delete all files from DATA\AUDIO\MUSIC 2) Delete all files starting with "zone_" in DATA\AUDIO\SOUNDS\AMBIENCES 3) Delete all files starting with "ambience_" in DATA\AUDIO\SOUNDS\BASES Enjoy no music and no random ambient tracks popping at maximum volume. In-Game Music... - Boss - 10-20-2009 Or just rename them, if you want to undo it later. In-Game Music... - Colonel.Tigh - 10-20-2009 Thx Treewyrm, ill try than one. In-Game Music... - Banris - 10-22-2009 I just copied and pasted them out of the directories to backup directories. Not that I'll ever actually WANT to listen to the music or ambience... I'll probably end up deleting them. I can always re-install Freelancer later if for some reason I need them. I think that's much easier than messing with any configs. |
