"The Way of the Trader" - Stefan - 10-21-2009 Leadership Name: Yamamoto Gonbee Age: 67 years old Nationality: Kusarian Occupation: Kishiro Trader and Leader of the Kazahaya Transport. Hobbies: Bonsai grower, tea lover. Standing no more than 6,5 ft tall, the kind smile of Yamamoto greets you between two sturdy shoulders. This man, now a merchant on his middle 60's, has experienced many travels and worked on many different activities. From transporting light cargo - such as food, water and oxygen - to military supplies, from studying asteroid belts to fending off Outcasts on the Taus, Yamamoto has marked the many sides of Sirius with his ever changing carrer and optimistic mood. Having been seeng trading for about 20 years now, the responsible-headed merchant has heard several rumors about his settlement, although he always jokes and answers with a evasive phrase, if directly asked about the matter. Graduated into Economy by the New Tokyo Academy of the Rising Sun in 772 A.S., he later returned after his service on the Military to graduate into Applicated Laws of Chemistry and Physics. By the conclusion of his time he had written several books, where two, which found their way into the libraries of the Academy, should be mentioned: "Opportunity: Markers of the Offensive Bussiness", the book discribed as "The Slap on the Face of Samura" for several quick and direct approaches of the company tactics, and the "Applicated Laws of Chemistry and Physics: Hydromodulated Luminal Cryo-Modules Into the Parsec Universe", also known by the students as the "The Way of the Long Name", which won the title of "The Best Book for Raising your N.R.D. Level". Married and father of a single daughter, Yamamoto is a very proud and happy man with no resents on his life. Aside his daughter, whom accompanies him in his travels, the rest of his family, composed by Hiroko Gonbee, his wife, and her mother and father, reside in planet Honshu, on a small countryside farm. Although most of his time is spent inside the Kazahaya - the Kusarian Transport he modded into a mobile home - Gonbee is often seen landing in Honshu to visit and rest for a while. "The Way of the Trader" - Stefan - 10-23-2009 Science Team Name: Amane Tengoku Gonbee Age: 35 Nationality: Kusarian Occupation: Part of the Science Team responsible for maintaining cargo conditions on the Kazahaya Transport and Leader Substitute of the Kazahaya Transport. Hobbies: Playing games, reading. Light hearted and caring, Amane is a woman who tends for her father above everything else. Born in 782 A.S., the young Kusarian with long shiny hair was the reason for her father's return from the military, four years later. Despite the hostile environment which Sirius became on the later years, Amane had a calm childhood on Planet Honshu. Accompanied and taught by her mother Hiroko, she had more tranquility on her life than any other common child would have, living and growing on the farmside. Financed by her father, she left home to New Tokyo in 799 A.S. to study on the same Academy he did. During the first two years she ran into trouble by loaning money from a local Gold Chrysanthemum gang. Having no way to pay back, she was threatened several times until she managed to access Yamamoto's funds. Mixed up into Drug dealing, she remained addicted until 801, when Yamamoto settled down on New Tokyo, paid the gang enough money to let them go and put her under treatment on the same planet. He remained close to her until 805, when the treatment had finally finished and she was able to resume her studies. Despite any problems she might have had on her past, Amane finished flawlessly her graduation on Medicine, with honored grades in Chemistry. Although she had been named Doctor, she knew that wasn't the future she wanted. Up to 810, Amane had worked on a minor clinic developing and studying minor treatments and chemicals. It was on that year that Yamamoto offered her if she didn't want to go travelling with him. Reluctantly at first, she eventually accepted and begun to work under direction of Dr. Silas, a Libertonian scientist contracted by her father. Nowadays she's employed into monitoring and taking care of the cargo inside the Kazahaya, leading the ship on Yamamoto's place whenever he decides to take a nap. Name: Silas Wesser Age: 48 Nationality: Libertonian Occupation: Coordinator of the Science Team on the Kazahaya Transport. Hobbies: Fishing, reading. Doctor Silas is a libertonian scientist licensed by Cryer Farmaceuticals who worked for the company up to 804 A.S.. That year, after meeting Yamamoto in a science summit on Planet Denver, Silas was convinced to lecture Applicated Chemistry inside Kusarian space. With a recommendation from a fellow tutor, Silas was accepted as a teacher into the Academy of the Rising Sun. Yamamoto and him would eventually become closer friends, when in 808 A.S. the scientist would be invited to take part of the Kazahaya Maru. Silas is a very well humored middle aged man who enjoys simple things in life - which include fishing when he's not working. Yamamoto and him have many things in common, although the earlier is much more frequently seen lecturing the later than listening - Wisdom and Market Strategy being the main topics. Father and husband, he resides close to the Academy in New Tokyo - which he reports any conclusions or findings on his travels. Monitoring down to the smallest of the factors to garantee the condition of any Cargo being hauled, Doctor Silas today poses as the Coordinator of the Kazahaya Transport Science Team. Humidity, pressure and containment conditions are some of the issues turned into "just routine" by the Dr.'s experience. "The Way of the Trader" - Stefan - 10-27-2009 Navigation Crew Name: Toshio Hidekazu Age: 23 Nationality: Kusarian Occupation: Main Pilot of the Kazahaya Transport. Hobbies: Flying, sports. The youngest of the Kazahaya crew, the talented Toshio is actually son of a former Yamamoto's student. After hearing a few of the trader tales from his father, he offered himself as a pilot for the ship. Onboard for no more than a year, Toshio Hidekazu has put his studies on hold to pursue the such dreamed carreer of a spaceship pilot. Hyperactive as a child, this tall, dark haired kusarian youngster had a lot of trouble during school time. Although good at heart, he was always the first to put up a fight towards what he found right. Not the best of the students, either, Toshi, as his friends would call him, had been always better suited for sports than libraries. Many would try to guess why didn't him apply to the KNF, or even the Police Force. In truth, he wasn't accepted in any of them. The fact remains in the hands of a political motion of the Hogosha, whom had to put someone down to infiltrate a more "recommended" candidate onto the ranks of the Navy. Truth is, although Hidekazu is young and many frown upon the fact he pilots a ship of the size of the Kazahaya, Yamamoto trusts him immensily. Added that to the fact he is somewhat gifted to a ship console, it makes him more than preppared for the job. Name: Kaede Anna Age: 25 Nationality: Kusarian Occupation: Auxiliary Navigator, Communication Advisor. Hobbies: Music, guitars Perhaps the best way to discribe Kaede would be physically. Long, rainbowed hair, pink tinted glasses, green lipstick and dressed in the most absurdly collored way, Kaede Anna is a Kusarian woman who most likely had it's "discretion system shut down" - as Amane likes to state. 100% addicted to music, he's often mistaken as "drifting" in ideas by anyone who doesn't propperly knows her yet - that, until, she replies any try of communication with a sound "Hello!" or the ever tiring "Yatta!". The story on how she got aboard the Kazahaya is a long and weird one that Yamamoto rathers not to tell - it envolves much of her family story up and downs and her sexual behaviour. What's more to say about a girl that doesn't seem to find men attractive in the middle of a society endorsed by them? Anna takes care of the communication devices for the team. Her sound voice, happy behaviour and - surprisingly - mathematical mind makes her an excellent Navmap Planner. Also, it's usually her whom first hears about rumors or exceptional needs from any specific station, and the first to bring them to Yamamoto's knowledge.
