Admin Notice: Player Warned - Kuraine - 10-23-2009
Yorktown & United.Nations-Ludwig.H have been warned for the following:
Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Quote:6.10 Player reputation and conduct must match player actions. For instance a player may not dock on a base belonging to the persons whom they are attacking or being attacked by.
Consequences: Yorktown, you have received a warning and a small fine (all your credits and cargo), along with a notification in your hold. Please try to roleplay better in the future and actually give warning when you attack.
United.Nations-Ludwig.H, you have also received a warning and a small fine (all your credits and cargo). I have moved you to Gran Canaria as well. READ your ID, it clearly states that Zoner Guard ID'ed ships are not allowed to dock on House bases anymore. You were docked on Norfolk shipyard. This is a House base. If you want to continue travelling to any base, get a standard Zoner ID and get rid of your Zoner Destroyer.
