Admin Notice: Player Sanctioned - Kuraine - 10-23-2009
[RD]BlackTigar has been sanctioned for the following:
Quote:3.1 Using coarse language, posting abusive, hateful, racist content in chat, public or private is prohibited under any circumstances. Any kind of flaming, threatening or insulting language directed at other members, factions or server administrators in chat, public or private, is prohibited on server and on forums. RP-related threats are allowed on the server.
Consequences: Due to your rather abusive (at least you seemed to intend them to be) comments in system chat towards other members of the same NPC faction as yourself, I have stripped your cruiser of all its credits and weapons. Consider yourself lucky, and be more respectful towards other players in future, especially members of official factions who are technically your superior officers in roleplay.

Look if someone spit in my face even he is supperior rank or not i will not tolerate that
My act was pretty clear i was defending weak one and i was defending my self
but could you please me tell what i was swear i even didnt been rude to anyone
my talk was gentle he call me idiot i call him moron and that is it nothing more
ok i will respect this desicion
but i must i will not tolerate disrespect if i respect all players there so they can respect me and the rest even if they "Elders" or not
but spit in someone face comon there must be a limit
and i need to say that was stupid thing we argue but it seems that ranks have bonuses
And thanks for ruining my funn and game and hard earned equipments such as weapons and armor upgrade

If you have screenshot evidence of anyone else disrespecting you or other players in game, then please by all means share it with me or other admins and it will be dealt with appropriately. Do not assume that this is a sanction against you personally, because it isn't.
As for the official factions, they do have more say over independent players, yes. They have been vetted and scrutinised by both the players of Discovery and the Admin team, and they are continually checked to make sure they are playing properly. They are held to considerably higher standards in order to become official in the first place, and so enjoy perks such as being considered to outrank independent people who are not in an official faction. That doesn't mean they can be rude or unreasonable to indie players however, so if they are then please report them and we will deal with it.

Look i didnt come to discovery to threat someone and make pressue on the person i come for funn make friend and all rest i know how to RP
i know all rules for indie players i know who is my supperiority and i following their orders always i didnt take this personally but i never want to ruin someone game because he swear at me or make a little mistake because i think he will be better next time
After all we all learn at mistakes so i give second chance and yes even i fill to report someone i will talk to that person before i post thread
