Harvesters - BillG8s - 10-25-2009

Just wondering if there still are any of them around somewhere out there?
I remember times when the space was crowded with Corsair gunboats and
Talarca Cruisers, all bearing Harvester names. It is very sad they begun to
dissappear.

In my meaning they had one of the best background stories ever.

Don't worry...we'll be back...

The Harvesters will be back to their normal selves of harvesting, taking cargo and what not in the near future.

I actually remember seeing you on my Harvester...

Harvesters - Boss - 10-25-2009

We're lurking around. *kicks self to get back out to Kappa*

Harvesters - Luis - 10-25-2009

We'll be back - that's a promise *sleep mode: ON*

Harvesters - Apex - 10-25-2009

We are here, lurking in the shadows, setting Beta code beacons all about, running data through the mainframe, you know that same ol' machine stuff, we just havent had any parades through liberty lately.

Harvesters - Darkard - 10-26-2009

Your complaining about the LACK of Gunboats and cruisers?
Heh... Who would have guessed.

I fly my Harvester Drone every now and again. I get tired of the "Die harvie" *Pew pew* in delta/kappa. In all fairness though, Zoners have jumped to my aid once or twice. Its a shame they are somewhat buried under the "where that ship?" and "lol why you say scanning?" rubbish.

Anyone feel free to try communications with a Harvester. Not hacking though, that trick got old a long time ago and "*I upload a Virus*" just ticks me off.

Harvesters - ProwlerPC - 10-26-2009

From what I know the Harverstor players are still here.
That Harvestor 24 thingie made some negative ripples but wasn't a Harvester ID'd ship. It was an Outcast.
Now that those ripples are gone will the true Harvestors come out?
*Kicks Balthazzar and Agmen*
Wake up.

Harvesters - Darkard - 10-26-2009

Balth left the Harvies a while ago

*Kicks Felix... REALLY kicks Felix...*

And if you'd been paying attention to http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=50072 - you'd see that we've now reached an agreement with all the various assorted Zoners such that title to Gammu has now been vested to the Harvester Collective.

Now if only the bloody darned independant Corsairs would have a clue, instead of sitting in Kappa giving me grief because we use Junker IFF....

Harvesters - Geisha_Maiko - 10-27-2009

We are still around...thus we never left.

The communications and RP between humans and Harvies could use alot more improvements.

As for H24, He is a Harvester....just one that got hijacked, hacked and then 'awakened' by the Outcasts. There are all sorts of posting about the event through out the forums.

At one time, I am sure the latest fad was the mars flyer. Probably had a good dozen or so buzzing around in NewYork

I think the best phrase that sums up was written by another person a few months ago:: "Now that the 'In-Fashion ad of being a Harvester is over......"

At the start, Harives were the latest In-Thing. The rant and raving of Scorn, with a 6 pack of Talirca cruizer following him, always had some sort of in game action stirred up.

Now, it's comming into another end of the year:: The Elder Bots are yet another year older and maybe wiser and a tad bit slower than the newer, shiny slick machines, but we Harvies...are still around.
