Admin Notice: Player Sanctioned - Kuraine - 10-26-2009 Watcher.N has been sanctioned for the following: Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Quote:6.10 Player reputation and conduct must match player actions. For instance a player may not dock on a base belonging to the persons whom they are attacking or being attacked by. Consequences: You tried to pirate with a Freelancer ID. Yes, your victim may technically have been a pirate, but this does not give you the right to demand "2 mil or die. 30 seconds". This is also extremely crappy roleplay. Your ID clearly states that you cannot pirate and therefore I am deleting all your credits, guns and armour for being an idiot and not reading your own ID, let alone the rules. You would have been perfectly within your rights to accept and carry out a bounty on said target, assuming the target had one posted on the forums. You have hopefully learned a lesson, albeit an expensive one with those four codename weapons you had mounted. I suggest you stick to being what a Freelancer really is next time.
