You don't find the Phantoms.

They find you.

I recommend eating the liver of a seventeen year old virgin for starters. Or PM Virus (I think?) and ask. Let me fetch you the page.

Aye, Link.

Zapp, Zelot, Del, Virus, Hribek. Pick one and inquire.

You don't become one.

They rape you over and over and depending on how long you survive they might deem you worthy to not rape you so hard next time.

First you have to die. Horribly. Then you have to have a pressing reason to come back from the dead. Then you have to persuade them (from a distance) to talk to you.

You better make sure you've got something interesting to say

What the good doctor said.

Become an established member of the community. Get known. Get noticed for wit, fair play mentality and cool headedness. Then when we feel the need to swell our ranks you may be considered for an invite.

A player that generally just wants to shoot things and act like the system bully won't be given a second thought. A player who, despite his character supposedly being an inhuman shock trooper for a murderous alien race would rather talk to you and play head games? That's what we're after.

So. Work on your RP for your other characters. Find a way to jive here, and be sure to stand out in a positive light. Your chances go up substantially. The funny bit is that possibly by the time you get invited, you'll be so wrapped up in the RP of your other characters and factions that playing your Phantom often seems like an afterthought.

EDIT: See the post below mine? Be the exact opposite of that guy.

All in all, you might be over rating phantoms if you want to join.
So far I raped every Phantom who tried me.
They didnt know WHAT happened.
Ah...
Aha...
Hahahahhahahhahah ahhhahhhhaaahhahahahha! hhahaaaa

Nice looking ships tho.
Phantoms kidnapped them.
Rock the boat till you get one of the ships in a special roleplay request rather than try to join.

Dont listen to this guy, he obviously knows nothing, I am sure he has faced many Phantoms in his (checks silly man's join date) 6 days he's been here. And Morgana, I can pretty much guarantee you wont be getting a Phantom ship by special request.

Why thank you Rudo, that's a nice compliment. Never knew people had these thoughts about me.

That would be Karlotta.. I'm just wondering when she'll start running out of ideas for new names.
