Admin Notice: Player Sanctioned - Kuraine - 10-27-2009
Kiran.McCullough & Dengar have been sanctioned for the following:
Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Quote:6.10 Player reputation and conduct must match player actions. For instance a player may not dock on a base belonging to the persons whom they are attacking or being attacked by.
Quote:6.2 Ship and equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible.
Consequences: You both attempted to pirate another fighter using freelancer IDs. These do not allow you to pirate. You further also gave no warning before attacking the first time, almost destroying your target in the process. On top of this, your equipment is not acceptable for Freelancers. To this end, you have had your equipment and money removed and I have dumped you both on Freeport 11. Enjoy.
