Alright it has come to my attention that scrap metal sales in Galic space are
really freaking low for junkers.
Seeing as how it says in an infocard that junkers are having trouble clearing
fields in Galic due to the war.
Well I think the price for metal should be raise to a minimum of at least
350-400 credits per unit on at least 1 junker base.
I'm trying to RP a salvager out there that is one of the ships attempting to
clean up the debris field next to Dijon. However with the low income it seems
rather pointless.
So I ask shouldn't scrap metal be worth more on junker bases seeing
as how it's kinda there job to clean up scrap to begin with.
It might give junkers more incentive to be...well a junker.
OLD Junker: "Whats the point in cleaning up this pile of heap we
dont get much for doing it?"
NEW junker: "Must horde the scrap metal. Push others away from
our field. Claim it as ours! Build a wall of scrap so they cant get in, QUICK!"

I agree. Scrap in general should be raised.
Im a Junker Salvage Crew, I mine in New Berlin and take it to Pitts to sell since thats the best price.
However for the same time I mine, same amount of systems I jump, I get a 77% LESS profit on average.
I have an IMG miner who mins Niobium, same yield, 1 extra jump, and i make 14,000 a unit.
Its almost like they dont want Junkers out there junking.

I think the Gallic Junker base in Burgundy should pay more.. There is a field right outside Dijon that needs to be cleared.. and i do not see any junkers working on it.. the price is too low.. only 80 credits per unit...

The dangers are much higher when npc's are present, good idea on raising the selling price.

For the next mod version I'll look into creating scrap metal trade routes from the Gallic shipyards to the Junker bases as well.

Its such a nice set of systems, but so under populated
Floods of Junkers would be very nice , they can keep my EFL char company up there.
