Admin Notice: Player Sanctioned - Kuraine - 11-02-2009
Qwark & Evolution have been sanctioned for the following:
Quote:6.10 Player reputation and conduct must match player actions. For instance a player may not dock on a base belonging to the persons whom they are attacking or being attacked by.
Quote:5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.
If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without attacking anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.
Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Consequences: You died in your gunboat to the Wilde/Keeper players and then you switched to your Osiris and engaged and died to them again. Regardless of the fact you died both times, you still broke the rules. In addition to this, you didn't roleplay at all for the entire duration and you did not utter any kind of engagement notice either on either of your characters. So, due to your laziness and general inability to read rules, I've taken it upon myself to strip both your ships to the ground and swapped your Osiris for a Corsair battleship instead. Re-read the rules and DON'T do it again. But of course I'm wasting my breath and you'll probably appear in a sanction report in the near future anyway, so oh well.
