Greetings.

The last time i checked it the Order and the Red Hessians were neutral to each other. Has something changed?

Today on our patrol in Omega-3 we have encountered a "Geb" light assault cruiser in the area. It would be nothing to mention exept for the fact that his captain was quite rude and tried to threaten us. After some time of reminding him about our neutrality he has decided to open fire. Of course, being attacked we were forced to destroy him and his ship. All the surviving members of the crew are now being held at Vogtland while we are waiting for your response.

If our neutrality is still preserved and the battle was the result of some kind of incompetence or mental ilness of said captain you will have no problems in retrieving the survivng crew as they had to obey the captain's orders.

Sadly, the captain of the cruiser did not survive the explosion and therefore couldnt be interrogated.

Looking forward to your reply. Hope this was nothing more then a mistake of a single captain.

Guten Tag meine Herren.

At 21.30 hours Wednesday I was on a patrol with Major Heissner in Omega-11 seeking to put a stop to Daumann mining operations. A pilot of ship vivats was confronted and forced to dock. As he docked he sent cryptic messages 'about someone coming to take care of us'.

I don't know what the connection between him and the Order Geb that came shortly after his cryptic message to Omega-11. The Geb opened fire on me and Major Heissner without any communique sent. We smartly returned fire and forced the Carrier to flee to O-41.

We thought that having a rogue Carrier is not in your best interest either so we saved you the trouble and put the Carrier out of commission just when he was about to reach a base.

If ever the captain surfaces again we would like you to talk to him about the incident. We understand it might not have any effect on him, but you are free to try. If ever we see him in O-11 again we will shoot him on sight.

After some deliberation it has been agreed that an official Order observer would be welcome within our space in order to assist against these rogue runaways. While this is the only incident that was reported thus far, we have been steadily encountering Order carriers flying the Corsair flag during the last couple of months, culminating with last night's assault which featured no less than three Order carriers and an Order recon cruiser, all with a Corsair identification, assaulting our positions in Omega-5.

Our official position on this is that clearly this needs to stop. This is why we will agree to accommodate your ship on one of our bases for the reason of weeding out all those pirate animals that somehow managed to capture your technology like this.

While the Red Hessian Army makes a point to support Order operations against the alien menace within the Omega systems, there will be a number of points to adhere to during this visit:
1. The Order ship will be granted docking bay access to Freital base, Omega-11. Ronneburg will not be accessible due to the requirements of the Omega-5 war. Our other bases will not be needed for this operation, so there will be no need to inspect them.
2. The Order ship will not support the Corsair barbarians, regardless of the diplomacy it may be having with them. It will not provide either active nor passive support to any Corsair forces that may attempt to attack our positions during the visit.

I will leave it to you to decide which ship to send. Be sure to confirm the ship's identification on this channel before dispatching.

' Evening, Major Gunther Hoerst.

Due to the importance of this matter, High Command wasted no time in reaching a decision that will benefit your movement and that sector as a whole. Again, misusing our technology and most of all, revealing it to parties which are not supposed to know about it, no offense meant, is something we make no compromises with.

This is a matter of great importance to us, those Carriers must either be destroyed or returned safely to our bases and our possession, where they belong, as soon as possible.

That is why, I trust that my department is best suited for the job. The DIA (Department of Interrogation and Assassination), under my command, will leave Order space and enter Omega 11. My own flagship, as well as myself will be present. Several scouting parties of fighters have been send to that system as well, they all answer directly to me.

The ship is an Osiris class Battleship, christened Aurora.

Hopefully this measure will be enough to stop the misuse of our technology and the problems it causes.

Of course, I hereby agree with the clauses you've stated with one minor addition, if I may. Corsairs know that these ships don't suit their needs, that's why they don't use them. These petty criminals are not Corsairs and for that reason, they might receive hostile treatment from our side. However, diplomacy is still considered the key to my, successful strategy in this matter.
