So it appears, that when ever I log out at Bethlehem station, I reappear at Narita Outpost when I log back in.
It doesn't seem to happen when I disconnect elsewhere though.
It's not a major problem, just that I frequent Bethlehem, and It could be used for cheating, and I'd rather not have the temptation.
EDIT: Okay, so it didn't happen this time, but I figured I shoulld post it nontheless.

You should be grateful! Everyone wants to go to Narita these days. I mean, how many kinds of ore sell there? Four? Five?

At least it's reported, so you can't be accused of cheating.
