Hola amigos.
Today we encountered one of Zoner transport crafts near Skiros. At the time he was quite far and i personally hailed for identification. He remained silent. I repeated but nothing. We moved closer and just before my crew managed to scan ship due to ion storms we lost him off scanners. After less then minute he showed up behind us at Skiros. I requested ID he was still silent. Crew managed to scan him and then we saw that was Zoner Border World Transport, Whale as some call it. Then he docked Skiros... We all on board of Epicentre were confused. He didn't have permission to dock or anything but he managed to do it anyway. We moved closer then he departed with 5000 prisoners and left area moving to Theta hole. I sent couple of messages to all ships in Gamma about his status and ignorance, and later send private message to HAF pilot , but seems he was busy and he didn't managed to respond.

We dont know what he was doing with our prisoners from Skiros, with his attitude that he showed to us i think he is taking those prisoners back to Freeport to release them. This action could be authorized by elders and zoner council without me knowing that. But still before we or my scouts shot down that ship next time he enters Corsair space i wanted to be sure what was his attentions.

Ship name is Edward.Elric. We failed to take any proofs of his ship and cargo in Gamma but we have voice chat extracted from our memory for your use.

If this action of taking prisoners from Skiros wasn't authorized by Elders, i am suggesting for removing all docking rights from this ship on any corsair bases and destroying his craft if he enters Gamma again.

Sergio Cordova, commander of Epicentre

The Council of Zoners will not oppose the Elder's decision, whatever it may be, in this. We have always taken the stance of requiring Zoners to follow all the laws in Gamma. Those that don't and are targeted by the Corsairs because of it will not receive our support, as it's their own problem.

I will attempt to contact this 'Edward Elric' and have him turn himself over to the Corsairs and pay any fines you deem necessary.

This zoner craft was asked to help our shipping to transport hessians and bretonian prisoners from Skyros to Etna before we get the organs from that fools. Nevertheless, he should have at least answer you. For this I should leave him a nice surprise once he reach Etna the next time. I may not tell so much more about it here, some of the "zoners" around would know what we're planning to do.

I care not for you coming 'plans' as I'm going to assume that, like most of your plans, they will not come to fruition. However, if that transport was carrying Hessian and Bretonia prisoners, that is something I intend to have a serious discussion with. We Zoners maintain our neutrality by not taking any sides, and transporting prisoners is taking a side. This Zoner will be stopping any of his prisoner transporting, or he may find the name 'Zoner' stripped from him for his indiscretion.

Seniorita Silvan,

If you want to play this crappy game, we may be on our way to force your convoys to stop feeding the GMGs with your deuterium and stop as well the credit flow you should give them getting their plutonium.

I guess that we should inform the Hogosha and indirectly the Kusarians about the second arc you use to supply the Bretonians with helpful plutonium. The Bretonian queen may be mad at looking her battle commander with no powers to the fleet to defend Leeds and New London.

You give me lot of ideas that while hurting your kind we will beat the Bretonians at the same time.

Take care of your words next time, your mens helping us in shipping operations are pretty helpful even for you to save your arse.

Grimly, Sovereign of the Black Sails.

You can't force us to transport prisoners for you Corsair. Threats will not help you, and we won't abandon our neutrality for your sake. We may strive to be neutral, but that does not mean we're going to be easy prey for you, or that we won't stop supplying Crete with food. I'd think long and hard before you threaten us that way again. Your transportation problems are your problems, not ours.

Miss Silvan,

This is one of the reasons why some of us left the Council of Zoners. I thought by now that some would learn that it's not very wise to antagonize in any way the Corsairs, Red Hessians or whoever roams the Omegas. I would suggest cooling it! Don't antagonize them and their "plans" won't include Zoners!

As far as this "Edward Elric" is concerned, if he wants to ignore hails, he's asking for it! He won't be getting help from TAZ!!

Is not transporting Hessian prisoners for the Corsairs the very definition of antagonizing a inhabitant of the Omegas Doc? You may not like that I am so forward with them, but I look at the entire picture, and I do not take sides. That includes the Corsair's. I also won't stand by idly while they threaten us, or try to force us to do their dirty work and get the short end of the stick when the Hessians find out about it. You'd prefer a short-term solution rather than a long-term one. That, Doc, is where we differ.

Ms Silvan,

While I share your feelings on being threatened, I don't think you see the whole picture.

You claim that transporting prisoners is taking a side. Yet, you have no objections to a Zoner bringing food to Crete? The Bretonians would see this as taking the side of the Corsairs if they could see the number of Zoner vessels hauling food to Crete on a daily basis. The Kusari would gladly shoot any Zoner vessel supplying Bretonia with supplies down, as they view us bringing supplies to Bretonia as taking a side and vice verse. Our actions are seen differently depending on the eyes that view them. This man was doing nothing out of the ordinary for a Zoner. His fault is not answering a order to ID himself in Corsair space from a Corsair. If you have such a problem with this man transporting prisoners, why is it that you have a Slaver on your beloved Council? I am sure the slaves under his care find your words reassuring.

You also threaten that we may stop supplying Crete with food, I find that amusing as you speak for very few Zoners now days. Please refrain from claiming the Zoners will stop suppling food to Crete as you are in no position to do so. In fact, please refrain from trying to dictate what the Zoner people as a whole will do; you are not our leader.

As the Council of Zoners has no influence over, or responsibility for, the actions of unregistered Zoners (per this communication channel) I am at a loss as to why you seem to think you can influence this Zoner. You speak of a solution yet I see no problem in need of a solution.

A short term solution? Oh I beg to differ, Miss Silvan! In my tenure as Chairman, things were largely kept peaceful simply by giving a level of respect even unto those who may not like us. It was the little things that made the difference and I had more problems with problematic Zoners than I ever did with any Corsair, Hessian or Privateer. I had two Zoner juggernauts whose captains justified the use of slaves as crew and those same Zoners completely sabotaged some of my diplomatic negotiations.

And you are correct. I won't sit idly by either when a Zoner is threatened. I would suggest you choose your words carefully when you tell someone "you can't force us to transport prisoners for you, Corsair." You call that not antagonizing? If our supply routes are threatened because of wordings like that, you can rest assure that you will be hearing from me.
