Bounty Hunters acting as escorts through Kusari - Pinko - 11-14-2009

Mining activities created new ways of pirating and today, going out without an escort is suicidal. Many of the good selling points of Ores are in Kusari. Now, I know that Hunters are pretty much off-limits in Kusari, but what if said Hunter acts as an escort for a Corporation Miner, say, Daumann? Will the KNF boot it out and leave the Miner without escort? Or will they do an exception?

*NO Bounty Hunter Destroyer, Cruiser, Battleship capital class vessel may enter Kusari Space beyond Deshima station in Shikoku.*

That's a link to Kusari Imperial Contracts.

Read through that, and you will see that bounty hunters are allowed to pass through Kusari, and they are even allowed to fulfit bounties (read well the Areas where they are allowed to work).

Capital ships from Destroyer to biggers are not allowed to pass beyond Deshima, and that's the only limit to "passing through".

Of course, there are some more xenophobes kusarians than others, so if an officer tells your BH to leave (assuming you are in a bomber/VHF/Gunship), you link them to the Kusari Legal Codex, and you should be fine.

For escorting there shouldn't be any problem.

Actually that depends on does your Bounty Hunter indeed know about the codex, or did he bother to search it up and actually ask questions.

if you act like you know what you're doing you should be fine.
but trust me, no codex will save you if you're a rude mouthed individual.

not even KNF would pursue hogosha that just downed a disrespectful bounty hunter.

Does KNF ever persue hogasha?......</strike>

But, remember, it is sometimes RP to act outside the law. Not everyone is a do-gooder, and those do-wrongers who get away with doing wrong shouldn't be OoRP punished for RPing. This is true even if they are KNF! If you die, shucks, get over it. The ship and everything on it (including camshots!) were destroyed. Just get on with the RPing life.

Only if they get caught. If they don't get blatantly caught, no. And, don't worry, there are many, many excuses as to why shooting is okay.
