I cannot begin to express my delight, in which case, that we were able to educate your associate in a live fire demonstration of stimulus response.
I would suggest that you consider your case a little more carefully than waving your conduct off as the expected norms of noobs. Though I only suggest this while laboring under the assumption that your goal is to not rot in jail for, well, ever.

I'll bring your proposition to the eyes and ears of one Sir. Hoodlum. I imagine that your proposal is acceptable. However do keep in mind that we'll hold you to it... If your associate finds cause to drop the ball again we'll be tying your fates together.
Also, just because your friend gets exploded doesn't give full rights to drop server rules governing language and personal conduct. Keep that in mind.
Next time it's a ban.
