Zoner High Council! - Jeremy Hunter - 11-22-2009 >>>INCOMING<<< Sender: FWD from Navy Commander Zack Archer Re: Zoner Juggernaut, named Saronsen"Paradise" -You know what to do Jeremy. Zack. Today, Navy Forces converged in california after a OC dreadnoguht. That dreadnought was joined by the Phantom Osiris Hellbound. The ZOner Juggernought Saronsen"Paradise", after a Vagrant Raider attacked Zack, assisted the Phantom and the OC dread in attacking the Navy task force, destroying two carriers, three bombers, and an LABC. Why a Zoner attacked us, siding with an Outcast, when the ZOners clearly state they are nuetral in the Corsair/Outcast war, I do not know. Im asking the Zoner hIgh Council look into this. <From My Cell on Isis> Hunter Out. Zoner High Council! - kuth - 11-23-2009 ....::::Incoming Transmission::::..... Comm ID: William Cross Location: Gran Canaria, Omega-49 ....::::Encrypting::::..... ....::::Message Begins::::..... Mr Hunter, While I will forward this to the higher ups in the Alliance, I must ask that you provide some proof as to these complaints. While I have encountered people asking why a Zoner Juggernaut is in Liberty space at all, that alone doesn't not prove Captain Saronsen is guilty of what you accuse him of. Until you or your associate can provide some proof, this won't go any further than an accusation. I'd also question why you are working with a Navy commander? Probably none of my business but it is intresting to see such a thing. William Cross Captian of the Tydirium ....::::Message Ends::::..... ....::::End of Transmission::::..... Zoner High Council! - Dab - 11-23-2009 Incoming Transmission Comm ID: Aurelia Silvan Recipients: William Cross, Jeremy Hunter.. Zack Archer, I'm having difficulty judging just who I'm speaking to, you message is rather unclear on that point. First, Mr. Cross, I do believe this was directed towards the Council, not the alliance. Furthermore, considering the person being accused of these acts is a member of said Council, it is our place to deal with this, not the alliance's. Please note and respect the different zones of control. Mr.. Zack? Or is it Hunter? Regardless, this matter is being dealt with as we, or rather I, speak. I have spoken to other witnesses, one of whom was kind enough to send me a photo of the encounter, along with a complete communication log. Actions have already been taken, and a statement outlining them will come in a few hours. Please be patient until then. -Aurelia Silvan <div align="right]End Transmission
Zoner High Council! - Jeremy Hunter - 11-23-2009 >>>INCOMING<<< Hunter Here. Thanks. Mister Alliance dude, the Navy commander is an old friend, and knows I can send a message better than him. Hunter Out. Zoner High Council! - kuth - 11-23-2009 ....::::Incoming Transmission::::..... Comm ID: William Cross Location: Gran Canaria, Omega-49 ....::::Encrypting::::..... ....::::Message Begins::::..... Ms Silvan, forgive me; I didn't know the Council of Zoners had its name changed to the Zoner High Council. If this is indeed the case, please make it publicly known. If this isn't the case then this transmission wasnt' directed at the Council of Zoners and was directed at an unknown entity. Seeing as that is highly unlikely and seeing as this is a concern for all Zoners, the Alliance does have a voice in the matter. Captain Saronsen is the captain of a Zoner Juggernaut, whether part of the Council of Zoners or not, he represents all Zoners; Alliance and Council alike. Perhaps had you not fallen and become that which all Zoners have attempted to flee from, you would know this. Please remember who you are Ms Silvan. You serve the members of the Council, you do not rule them. You are a represenative of the Zoner people, not our ruler. You attitude and actions of recent past aren't one of someone that calls themself a Zoner. You are more akin to House politicians, those very people we seek to avoid. Remember this; you are not our ruler, that day will never come. I will however let you deal with him. Seeing as you have on more than one occation tried to give the man in question more power in the Council, I am looking forward to your punishment. Zoner High Council! - Doc Holliday - 11-23-2009 *incoming transmission* Comm ID: [TAZ]Doc Holliday To: Aurelia Silvan When it comes to a Zoner juggernaught being used in such a way and being flown into Liberty space, it concerns all Zoners, Ms. Silvan. You don't see Med.Force.One flying around House space and it's mine! It is also a Juggy. When one of our own violates Liberty law by flying a cap ship into their space, engaging their vessels with the same and violating neutrality, something must be done. Ship re-possession is a must in this case. In any case, Saronsen Paradise will NOT be given safe harbor in Baffin until they answer for their crimes. Heh....I see you are having the same fun with your independents as I did when I was in the chair. -Doc Zoner High Council! - Saronsen - 11-23-2009 <<Incoming Transmission>> <Source: Saronsen Nighten, Commander of the Jinkusu, Paradise> <<Playing>> Saronsen appears on screen, obviously distraught, with black circles around his eyes, showing that he has not slept recently. There are about fifty men and women standing in two lines, facing each other behind him. Saronsen rubs his eyes, and speaks. "No. Re-possession will not be happening. I refuse to give up my home, and the home of nearly two thousand people. I gave up everything to make the lives of others better; Ironic I say that, for I assisted in making the lives of hundreds others miserable." He walks away from his console for a moment, his head in his hands. He stands there for a time, and returns to the console. "Both I, and my crew apologize for the harm we have caused, but we cannot take back what we've done, and no amount of apologies will change your decision in reclaiming the Paradise. Despite what you hear, I try my hardest to help others. I'll even redirect others to this communications to say so." He shakes his head, and then mindlessly runs his hands through his long hair, tidying it up slightly. "I am sorry to inform you, though, but I, nor my crew, nor the nearly two thousand people onboard the Paradise will be anything even remotely welcoming to those who try to take their homes away. Strange, though, that my Jinkusu is the one of few that is actually used for it's original idea- As a flying Freeport." He rests his chin on his hands, leaning on the console. "Everyone onboard the Paradise are all from every corner of Sirius. They are all people who didn't like their lifestyles as they were. Many of them were once pirates trying to scrape up a living, others were people who were tired of paying outrageous prices for a shack of a home. Others still, were slaves, refugees, retired lawful officers and pilots, as well as their children, their family, and many others. I've offered these people not only a place to live, but a place to live free, with no worries of paying the bill. I personally fund their lives. So as you can see, I would have a rather massive mutiny against me, even if I wanted to agree, and turn in this vessel." Saronsen spins around in his seat, finished speaking for the time being, and waiting for a response. Zoner High Council! - DAnvilFan - 11-23-2009 .::Incoming Transmission::. Message to : Whom it May Concern Comm ID: Shipmaster, (]c[) Location: Freeport 15, Omicron 74 Last I looked, Freeports did not enter Liberty space and assisted in the destruction of their Navy capital ships. You have broken neutrality in a foreign territory and your actions affect us all. You better have a very, very good explaination. Zoner High Council! - Saronsen - 11-23-2009 <<Streaming Transmission>> Saronsen listens for a moment, and then lets out a single laugh-like sound. "And last I looked, the Jinkusu was never created to be a ship with a skeleton crew to do some research, or to deliver some kind of goods, or as an all out assault ship like all of the others of its kind are like. Don't make me laugh." Zoner High Council! - kuth - 11-23-2009 ....::::Incoming Transmission::::..... Comm ID: William Cross Location: Gran Canaria, Omega-49 ....::::Encrypting::::..... ....::::Message Begins::::..... William appears onscreen laughing hysterically. The Paradise a mobile freeport? Please, Saronsen. You have used that vessel on countless occasions as a combat vessel. Only recently has the Paradise become mobile enough to be considered mobile. As for being a freeport? I have yet to see a freeport that enters House space and engages thier Navy. You must not understand what re-possession means. It doesn't mean the entire crew and those civilians living on the Paradise have to move. It means you are removed from command of the Paradise. A true Zoner commanding a Jinkusu would never enter Liberty space without permission and would never engage Liberty Navy along side anyone. It breaks from Zoner neutrality. You seem to be guilty of both, which means you aren't fit to be in command of such a powerful and rare Zoner vessel. Why are you so worried though? Doc mearly suggested re-possession to Ms Silvan for the time being. Ms Silvan's response is being awaited. As for the uses of a Jinkusu? They were designed as mobile freeports but can be modified. The problem isn't what they were designed for. The problem is how you use the one you command. Seems you are guilty of what is described here as you are attempting to change the topic and are rather worried about your command.
