That the lack of police in all the systems are because of the generic pirates swarming everywhere like spaceroaches, with laser beams attached to their heads? :P
Out of the entire time I've been on this server, (counting before I had a long vacation from it.) I've noticed a rise is pirates numbers on the server, alot more then there used to be. Am I missing out on some event right now or something? Is there gunna be a big overthrow of Liberty?! That the phantoms are secretly having the outcasts give cardi to the children in Bretonia, so they will join the molly's, thus making Bretonia turn into an all out civil war. Not only will bretonia fall, but when it does Rihland would think Liberty had something to do with it, and call all out war with liberty, and from the "norther" sectors Swarms of hackers, outcasts, and rouges will attack Manhattan in a surprise attack!
Unkowingly the forces trying to fight off the unlawfuls, The liberty police get drawn into a fire fight with Corsairs that come in threw an Alliance with the Rehilanders. Bearing their mighty war ships turning Liberty into a waist land of Gamma radiation so high that it is affecting the sun. Soon the sun grows dark, and explodes destroying most of the fleets on both sides, Corsair, outcast alike. Suddenly an implosion from te left over energy of the sun, creates a rip in space, and time. The greatest black whole man will EVER witness begins to suck in everything from New york, and begins to spread with alarming rate! Suddenly the massive power coming from this phenomenon starts a chain reaction with all the jump-holes in this universe. (or galaxy I dunno what to call it.) First Liberty is sucked up, crushed, and destroyed, Next Bretonia, It expands threw alaska heading towards the Nomads, Soon killing them, Expanding more it sucks up Rehiland, and kusar.
In a futile attempt a day later, The remainder of humanity, the junkers slam all their ships together to make a giant transformer super ship, a secret known only among the Junkers. It was called project D.L.B. (Don't look back.) They have been secretly building ships with exact designs so they can attach themselves to one another, creating the D.L.B. It's mass as big as two solar systems! Just as they were entering hyperspace a Nomad underling, Last of it's kind Rammed into the D.L.B. Melding with the metal, and infecting the crew slowly, as the ship attempted a hyperspace jump to where no Human had gone yet to the unknown. Right before the black hole could get them as well.
...ehehhe...HAHAAHHAHA!!!! BAHHAAHHAHA!!!!! *Manic laughing* :crazy:

I dont think there is a rise in pirates.
People arent in police factions because navy IDs can do everything police can and more.
I honestly have never seen an RFP, but most other police factions are low-active.
Now that I read the whole post this should be moved to flood. =P

Look, I have to admit the amount of pirates has gone up. So has the server population.
But, don't think for a second that there's an abyssmally small amount "regulating" us. I have seen at least 20 different navy characters in Liberty, maybe 60% of them lolcaps.
Its an infestation!!!!:(
Dont wonder abot pirates. Wonder about Navy.
(Oh, Im not talking about the [LN]. I see 1-2 of them on while I play)
