New mining opportunities. - Corsair - 12-03-2009 Dunno if you guys noticed, but now there are many new mining fields open that still sell in Narita. I've found two other fields. Pirate free. I suggest you guys head out and check them out. I found a field that sells $3,000 less per unit but has 4x the drop rate and no pirates to steal my ore. New mining opportunities. - Fenikss74 - 12-03-2009 And what they are if I may ask? For example silver; is there any "pirate free" silver fields? I know only o-7 and penny. And what about other ores then? Which mining places are the best? New mining opportunities. - Grail - 12-03-2009 Noooooooooooooooo stay on Liberty. we dont want food for pirates on our fields. Ultra short would be java station during the .85 beta period, you mine in a field rite at or within 10k of the a sell point. Much lower profit over time, but good for quick hauls and new players. Short would be having to travel the length of a system, prehaps just on the other side of a gate. Medium would be 1-2 system transit distances And long would be like the penn-NT run, or longer. Prehaps make all BMM/IMG and other miner faction bases buy ores too, with prices depending on the stations distance from fields. New mining opportunities. - Zukeenee - 12-03-2009 One little snag with this, though, is that the fields in Penny are all independent. Anyone can mine them. Fields like the ones in Omega-7 are all corporation owned, if I remember correctly. Some people are hesitant to join corporations to mine when they can remain independent and still get pretty high profits from Pennsylvania. I say we ought to take silver out of Pennsylvania entirely, and just leave it with the platinum around Tremont. There are a handful of other places to mine silver, anyway, so it's no big loss. And if people still want to mine silver, they can go elsewhere for it. New mining opportunities. - Corsair - 12-03-2009 I'm not giving away any fields. Find them yourself. I just want the people who are tired of being pirated for everything in Penn to have a chance to move. Besides, you need a forum account to see this. New mining opportunities. - ryoken - 12-03-2009 I agree do not tell people where the fields are. After all the name in "Discovery". I myself left Penn, and have found a cozy little rock field of my own. Not even any other miner's around. I also make alot more now, because no pirate's :yahoo: New mining opportunities. - Harcourt.Fenton.Mudd - 12-04-2009 The best part is not all fields show up as a minable zone on the map ! |
