I have two signatures, and I want them to switch like every 5 second, from one pic, to another, how is this possible? Hep! meh!

Through the wonderfully low quality ways of the .gif.
I know Photoshop can do it but I can't work out how.
Also, .gif's aren't all low quality:Pyou just have to find a program that makes them good quality.
All in all, this doesn't really help, but you can probably google 'gif creator' or something.

There were signature rotators that rotated every page reload, although I believe they are somewhat down or something.

I say forget .gifs the simple way gives you atrocious quality, the not so simple way is proabbly a hassle and your still confined to 256 colors. So I say go for a rotating sig host, it will swap it out every time you refresh.
