Regarding any vessels belonging to the Planetform| corporation;
You are no-longer welcome in Liberty. Your vessels will be escorted out of the house if they are found there. Any stalling for time or resistance will result in the destruction of the offending vessels. Any further offenses against Liberty will result in the Liberty Navy issuing a bounty for the destruction of your vessels wherever they may be found.

We are aware that the Bretonian Government may have misgivings about this, but we will not tolerate transport vessels resupplying the enemy in mid-combat, contributing to a loss of the Liberty Navy to superior enemy forces. Any who so much as supply one solitary nanobot to the enemy is deemed to be acting contrary to the interests of the house of Liberty, and will be dealt with in the same way as we deal with the criminals they are assisting.

Please note that your own officer, off duty as he may be, calls the vessel out on treason. He will be able to give you circumstancial evidence of the encounter if you require more than the proof detailed here.

Note, other corporations such as Borderwold Exports, Bretonian Mining and Metals, PFI| and other smaller firms, as well as visitors from Bretonia are still welcomed by Liberty.

Greetings,
Alarming news to us here, as we speak we are still moving some of our assets into more secure locations in consideration of this. Speaking from our mobile Headquarters, I am personally running an investigation on the people I am responsible with while also doing the same to anyone else on Planetform stations. It is quite shocking to think that we could have corruption or even people working for criminal organisations in such high ranks at all. I am confident my people are fully clean, however I have lost further trust with those belonging to this part of Planetform.
I would also like to take this opportunity for all those available to read this transmission to further stress that vessels identified with Planetform| are not under my authority and I am not responsible for those that are not marked with PFI|. Please do not contact me about them unless you have further evidence of corruption in their ranks which would be most useful for us in the coming investigations. It is something I did not wish to say, but it appears that we should be more careful with these vessels and their people.
I have sent my own request to the Bretonian Government for an investigation of the matter and I am willing to fully cooperate with both the Bretonian and Libertonian Governments if they wish to conduct their own investigations with my people as it is understandable for such thoughts to occur. However I thank you for not pinning the blame on our entire organisation and still allow PFI| marked vessels in Liberty space.

It should be available to all those involved directly or indirectly in this incident. I think it would make it far easier for the Bretonian Government to repair the damage done, both to foreign relations, though they are not responsible for your actions, and my shoulder.

I most certainly do! But... before i explain, i do warn each and every one of you that reads this message.. It is more frequent then you think, even though it may sound like madness and cardimine put together... So here's the story, oh but before i continue, i must give my word! "I swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth! So help me Atka!"
I had just docked my magnificent ship, the Nebula, on Planet Pittsburgh. While we were stocking on Boron, three men approached us. They said they had to come aboard out ship and inspect the Boron and the containers we had put them in. I was a little suspicious, but i decided to let them on-board anyways. So while they were busy inspecting, I was taking a nap in my luxury suite. I was soon awakened by the sound of lasers and collapsing steel. I went down to the main control center, but on my way the three so called 'inspectors' were running towards me, then knocked me down. I got up in time to see them fleeing to the escape pods, but could not catch them. When i arrived at the control center the alarms were sounding and i got merely a glimpse at my surroundings, which were to my disbelief, Navy officers and i-once-thought-allies attacking my vessel! It took a minute for me to understand, but it was too late to try to stop the attack. The gunners were on their respective turrets, and the rest had fled. I soon followed, and ended up back where i started...
Now, hear me out, If you nor anyone else believes my encounter.. Fair enough. But please, for the sake of my friends and peers, punish the one responsible for not being as observant as he should have *sigh* .. not the others... If you wish, i could pay for any damages that may have occurred, or even pay for another full repair of the area.

To the Navy and Government of the Republic of Liberty,
As a private corporation, I must firstly state that the Bretonian Government cannot take responsibility for the actions of any Planetform or Planetform| associate vessels, in Liberty space or otherwise. Naturally all Bretonian citizens without diplomatic immunity are bound to obey the Laws of the Republic of Liberty whilst in your space and you have the right to prosecute any infringements of said laws.
However, given the importance of Planetform to both our houses due to ongoing terraforming projects on Ayer, Carlisle and of course California Minor, and given the seriousness of this ban on an entire sub-section of the Planetform corporation, I would like to appeal the case on their behalf. The Bretonian Government shall be contacting Planetform| on our own initiative to conduct an investigation of our own into their dealings in order to ascertain the severity of any dealings with enemies of the Crown. We shall also be making our own recommendations to the directorate of Planetform| on how to go about any reforms neccessary to restore their integrity and repuation.
In the meantime, I shall be dispatching a special delegation to Liberty to liase with the Liberty Navy High Command, assist in your ongoing investigation and attempt to negotiate a settlement that leaves both parties satisfied. Our delegation is due to arrive at the Bretonian Embassy in New York in around 12 hours time, where I hope that representatives from the Liberty Navy, PFI| and if possible a representative from Planetform| might be permitted to join them, that this issue might be resolved swiftly and a potential crisis averted.

I am greatly disturbed by the whole incident, the actions of Nebula have compromised our whole company.
I really am lost for words to explain the irresponsibility of one of our DIRECTORS of all people.
All I can say for now is sorry, I know this is not enough to redeem the actions of a member of our company, but I hope this can all be solved diplomaticly.
Director George Hewman, I expect a full report sent to me via our secure communications network explaining your actions in full, so we have at least some chance of resolving this utter mess.

Regarding the Bretonian Government's action on the situation;
It is a positive step forward, especially that you are opening an investigation into the actions of the Planetform| subsection. I was however under the impression that any slack created by such a ban, such as the California Minor and Atka terraforming operations, would be taken up by the PFI| subsection, but I don't pretend to be a corporate expert.
I will attend the meeting, though I wont be able to give your diplomats personal escort from the border between our two houses due to my shoulder complaint. Im sure you can understand, I am not in a state to fight with anything but a pen right now. We should however have pilots on station at that time, possibly including Fleet Admiral Hale or Admiral MacTavish, to give you secure passage through to the Bretonian embassy.
All other concerned parties, such as the various planetform subsections, are welcome to attend, including both Director Russel and Director Hewman. You might also like to think about an educational trip for a lucky set of bright pupils studying intergalactic law. I suggest the entire party arrive as one group, as I am sure the animosity about Planetform| vessels has spread quickly since the first communique here.

Regarding the current status of the Planetform| division in the house of Liberty;
The ban on your vessels has been lifted, barring the ban on the Planetform|Nebula, which is still in place.
Further action to be taken is to be decided on pending the results of an investigation into the corporate security of Planetform|, led by the Bretonian Government, senator Chaimberlain from Liberty and the entire planetform corporation.
Personally, I expect a verdict of corporate negligence, but as I said, that is to be decided.
