Background Information: Annemarie Franck was born on Planet Stuttgart. Being the only girl in her family of four brothers she learned the ability to assert oneself during her childhood, therefore her character got forged in a unsual male way. She always felt more as a guy than a girl. In school, she only had average notes because she was probably more concetrating on bullying her classmates instead of learning, what made her hardly finding a Job after she graduated. She accepted a lower class Job on Station Freiburg, where she threw around the luggage of space pilots.
One day, as she went to the Bar on the station during her leisure-time, she had a fatal fight with a Bounty Hunter. She got charged for involuntary manslaughter and got fired. I bought the original Freelancer when it first came out and have been addicted ever since.
I first played Freelancer online on the Calgary 24/7 server and was introduced to the Omicron systems, which was phenomenal and only deepened my love for the game.
I last played unmodded Freelancer shortly before joining Discovery, when I played on a Russian-based server, being in the [FTP] clan before forming the somewhat successful {\JG/} Jupiter Guild clan. We were successful through our infiltration and undercover techniques. This led to us being somewhat despised, but I pride myself on my tactical ability in all walks of life, particularly within a battle scenario on Freelancer.
I've played Discovery for over a year, and have pretty much always been in OSI, or as a freelance trader.
I was cardam|ne on The Lancers Reactor back in the day and wrote numerous modifications, the best well known being the Logical Jumpholes series and Freelancer: Rebirth, which never actually reached completion beyond a teaser state due to education/work commitments.
I'm 25, married, and play when I can. If I'm not the most active member of the clan you understand why, but not many days pass without me spending at least an hour patrolling Rheinland.

Background Information: Born in Planet Stuttgart, son of Markus and Helene, the Ferdinand family is know for their connection to the Rheinland Military. Markus is a Cruiser Commander fighting in the fronts of the Bering system and Helene a communications officer stationed in Dresden at Pirna Border Station. Being raised in such environment led Jakob to inevitably join the Military Academy.
He started studying in New Berlin where he graduated as a Telecommunications Engineer Specialized on Signal Analysis. After he joined the military his specialty was put to good use, intercepting enemies communications and encoding allied connections to prevent the enemies attempts of interception. In the meanwhile he received his flight combat training where he proved to be a fairly good pilot.

Background Information:
Born on new berlin, and son of Adolf Eckhard a Daumann Heavy Construction employee, was born in New Berlin. He decided instead of entering mining or manufacturing after his father, albeit he had a most lucrative and profitable job lined up captaining a trading vessel, he decided instead to take to space at a different perspective, much to his fathers chagrin. he started learning how to fly, and fight from a retired Rheinland Military pilot as he took lessons from the old man for nearly 4 years before moving on to explore the entirety of Rheinland, During his travels he found many Rheinland Military patrols around the nation, even flying near or around the patrols observing the daily life and meaning of becoming and being a Rheinland Military pilot. The courage and tenacity that these pilots are often seen with was quite thrilling, even for Walther. A few months back he ran into a Red Hessian patrol with his Flying instructor, and being a decommissioned old wraith fighter, both Klaus and his instructor fought with whatever they could, after around 15 minutes the batle was nearly over, the Instructor severely wounded and the wraith haven taken severe damage, shield generators were gone, the hull was almost in as bad shape, rittled with holes and scorched plating from enemy fire, when a Rheinland Military patrol heard the distress signal and redirected the patrol to intercept the 2 remaining Red Hessian pilots, however they did nt want to continue the fight with Rheinlands best, they fled. his instructor which was severely wounded died on Leipzig Station. Walther, having a severe hatred for rheinlands enemies at this point, his top concern was getting back at them the best way he could, and he knew how. Having been directed towards the Military recruitment checkpoints in New Berlin by the four man military patrol he made his way to New Berlin, shortly thereafter he entered onto the Battleship near Bonn station and proceed towards the desk with his head held high, Standing proud still wearing the same clothes he was in battle with over two hours previous. Now here to enlist in active service throughout Rheinland as one of the Kanzler's loyal Military pilots against all foreign incursions from Liberty, and domestic disturbances in regions under rebel and terrorist control.

Background Information:
Rudolph ancestors cam from an area called "Limburg" in or near the ancient Germany. They first settled in Duesseldorf mining asteroids. They created a small mining empire in the time of the Rheinland empire but in the end where kicked out of the business during the Popular Revolution of 672 AS by revolting miners. Some family members rescued various vessels, tools and machinery and from that time on the "von Limburgs" flew from system to system like a kind of gipsies to mine where ever possible.
Rudolph never liked the mining itself but prefered flying the various vessels needed in the mining industry. When 17 years old he found an old Emperial fighter dating from the Eighty Years War and managed to bring it back to life again. One day he was caught by a RM patrol when flying this machine. The patrol leader, impressed by the way he flew, advised him to join the RM. But family duty came first so he kept mining.
When mining in Sigma-13, the little fleet got caught between the two fighting forces during the Battle of the Yanagi Nebula in 801 AS (Nomad wars). This resulted in the loss of almost the complete fleet. After some years Rudolph was compensated for the loss by the Kanzlerei. Although it was quite a fair amount of money, it would never compensate the loss of his relatives, and in particular, his wife.
He used the money to give his two sons a new start, but not in the mining industry. They did very well and in time they were able to donate their father a quite large sum of money, enough to buy him his own Wasupu.

For how long have you been playing on Discovery Freelancer RP 24/7 ? First one month solo, since 9th of September 2012 (IIRC) on Internet (112 hours). But have been playing FL since the beginning but stopped some years ago. Started in June again and only ran into Discovery when looking for new mods in the beginning of August.
What made you come play on Discovery Freelancer RP 24/7 ?

What OOC reason do you have for joining the RM?
It seems that Liberty and the RM are the only two factions that really FIGHT! And for various reasons I prefer the RM.
Some background info:
- I used to be a naval officer in the Royal Dutch Navy, serving on submarines, minesweepers and frigates. If you consider a month of Discovery experience too short, I can make it up with years of real experience.
- I speak English, French and German. Could come in handy.

Background Information: Friedrich was born on planet Stuttgart. He is the first born of his two younger brothers, he is part of an ordinary working class family. His father worked with construction and his mother as an nurse on a hospital. At the age of 15 he chose to become an technician as he was interested in space craft. at the age of 26 he was now working as an technician at the space port, not that fancy job but he liked it and found it interesting.
While his younger brothers chose diffent paths, one became an construction worker as his dad and the other became an transport crew member.
When the war with Liberty started, buisness started to drop and Friedrich lost his job at the space port. And while he could probably just search for another technician job on the planet, he decided to try and become part of the Rheinwehr. as his dream was to fly among the stars.
His mother and father did not quite understand his wish to join in with the military, since it's quite dangerous. But he seemed well aware of this, despite his parents words of warning, he went to the planets recruiting office and applied to join the Rheinwehr as an figher pilot or an technician.

Background Information: A room full of dust and dirt on a space station in the border worlds with almost no chances to survive a complicated birth where August Clegane was born. His mother deceased as he gave life to his second boy. The father, Karsten brought his sons back to Rheinland, his birthplace. Despite the fact that August's mother was nothing more than a bartender from Liberty, he was a true member of the Clegane family, which origins can be traced back to the sleeper ship Rheinland. This motivated August to join the reserve unit of the ground forces. "Homeland before all" - answered to his father when he was questioned for his decision: applying to the Military Academy. Many years passed since then, yet August has been always in the shadow of his brother, who's a cruiser commander of the primary fleet. To compensate this, August saw no other ways but joining the Primary Fleet to prove his patriotism, honor and bravery to all rheinlanders, and show no mercy and be cruel with the enemies of his beloved home.

Ich, Daniel Muller was born on Planet Stuttgart, in an rich family of 4. I was very young when meine papa took me to eine shipyard on Stuttgart, to show me where he works. I was very interested in zhe ships that they were building. Menie familie moved to New Berlin when i was nur 8 jahre alt.
Meine papa lost his job, because the company that he was working for fired him.
When we arrived on New Berlin, meine mutter got shot in front of unsere haus, und meine papa und schwester got kidnapped by the Red Hessianss. I was all alone in New Berlin...
I was lucky to be found by my papa's freund, who worked in the Rheinland Polizei.
Years passed by, i completed school, mastered in Physics with top grades, got awarded 100,000 SC for meine inventions (Ion-drive module enhancer). After zhe school, meine interests in ships still grew, and interests in guns got even bigger. I bought myself an Hawk, equipped it with some guns, and started exploring the space on my own.
In my exploration expeditions, i came across a big group of zhe Hessianss, and because of my hatred, i started shooting zhem, but i wanted zhem alive, not dead. The thing i didn't understand, is that zhere were over 15 Hessianns in one place, and none managed to harm my ship.
I got all of them to New Berlin, left them to zhe landing pad all tied up, and left a message for those who find them: "I want zheze people to get zhe worst punishment"
I have proven zhat i am capable of enduring zhe most stressful painz, phyzical and mental.

Background Information: Elias was born to a single mother right on the onset of the Nomad War. At the early age of 5, he has had to endure the news of his father’s and grandfather’s deaths along with the rest of the crew of the capital ship they were serving on as repair personnel. Although not knowing either of those relatives, the blow the news dealt to his mother was almost palpable. After this, he has learned to fend for himself and has tried his hardest to make the life of his mother easier. At the age of 8, Elias began to assist his mother with overseeing repairs in a cosmo-port by talking to her underlings and ship captains, thus making things run smoother. The funds from his mother’s job gave him access to good education, which he was very thankful for and therefore always tried his best. Although his grades were quite impressive, his mother’s distance always took something away from his achievements. By the age of 17, he was studying as much as he could about fighting craft. His main goal at the time was to try to acquire his own vessel in order for his mother to have a son she could be proud of. The vague goal of his ventures with this vessel would be escort jobs. Elias has talked to a lot of experienced ship captains and therefore had a pretty good idea what he was in for.
Just as the idea was reaching its logical conclusion, his mother fell ill. Unable to perform her duties, she was relieved of her leadership occupation, the former being filled in by one of her underlings. Torn between saving money for medicine or for a new ship, his life became quite stressful. Losing the income from working along with his mother left him with few options. The Rheinland Military seemed a very good second choice after escort pilot with his above-average knowledge of everything to do with ships. In order to gather money for a decent ship and still have enough left over for his mother’s treatment, Elias called in all the favors owed to him by repair crew, their overseers, and the captains of the vessels he kept communications with. After making sure that his mother would be well taken care of, he took the remaining money with him and joined the Academy.
As always, the hard work paid off. After purchasing a Banshee and doing a circuit of most of the stationary Battleships for flight experience, Elias was deemed ready for the next step. Sharing his success with a few old contacts proved profitable, as one of them congratulated him with a substantial sum of money, which made it possible to purchase and outfit the next caliber of fighter vessels. Elias was ready to join the Military itself, if they would have him.
Basic Personality Traits: Very quiet, so much that people sometimes forget that he is in their presence. Soft spoken, and talks to the point, attempting to avoid as many formalities as possible. Not much for casual conversation, instead preferring to discuss some topic that interests him at length.
