Lilli Valeska is a quiet, young woman who was born on Planet New Berlin during the winter months. This wintery birth reflected her upbringing, as she lived in the northern hemisphere of the Planet and was subject to harsh conditions for most of her life before she moved off to the center continent. Her parents were of the strict-type, never allowing her to slack on any task, and as such has instilled a work ethic that is to be rivalled among New Berlin's hardest working citizens.
She comes from the poor-lower class, yet due to the public school system was afforded a way out. Her intelligence allowed her to graduate in the top 25% of her class in primary education. She pursued this education further with secondary schooling at the University of New Berlin where she was in the Military's ROTC program for all 4 years of school. During the last two years of her University experience she gained entrance to the Military Space and Aeronautics training school, she took part in this until she graduated. At first she was not able to join the Primary fleet full time, due to her fathers illness and was given the nod by a certain Admiral to join the reserve fleet until such a time that she could devote herself full to the Primary fleet. Now that her father has passed away, she has time to fully emerge herself into the Primary fleet. As a reserve pilot she had served in many combat actions from Bremen, to Bering, all the way to the Texas system.
She is currently on-call in the Stuttgart system due to the rising threat of the Neo-Viking Hessians and its extreme threat to the commerce in the region. She is based out of Battleship Karlsruhe.
Due to the shortage of Primary fleet pilots, she has put in an application to be moved from Reserve status and into the Primary fleet of the Rheinland Military.

Hans was born on planet Nuremberg as second child in worker family. His father is still employed by the company making Military vehicles on the planet. While this business is quite lucrative, mother could stay at home to look after the growing family.
After finishing schools and the entire education process, Hans was wondering about path to take. His older brother J?rgen took a place in the Rheinland Federal Police, despite the huge disagreement of parents. In such dangerous times, they did not want their first-born son to go into deadly situations, that might arise during daily duties of policemen in these days. Other option was to follow his father steps and become a regular worker in one of the many factories on Nuremberg planet. While this looked safest of all possible options, Hans felt it is not really what he wants to do. The daily routine is not what he likes.
As a young kid, he was dreaming much about stars and the space. From all the holiday travels to all corners of Sirius, a lust for adventure silently grew inside young man?s heart. So when the time came, a decision of a life rather dangerous and rewarding was the option, instead of calm, silent life on the planet or a station in space.
Once again, against wishes of his own parents, Hans silently packed his stuff one night, leaving a small note saying : "Haben sie keine Angst, I will return. " and got on a shuttle headed for New Berlin planet. From there, his steps were firm and with one direction - the closest Military recruitment post. Brother is already in force, being a good policeman. So why not join the big guns? thought Hans when he was entering the building with the recruitment office. After a deep breath and last quick evaluation of the whole thing, he moved forward to the officer at the desk... *guten Tag, I want to apply for the Rheinland Military Navy as a pilot*

Wolfgang Hendel was born in military based family. His father is now retired soldier. He served to Rheinland almost 40 years as squad lead pilot. His distant relative was also very succesful in 80-years war againts GMG. Some people in Sirius know better his brother who was fighting againts Nomads in Nomad war. He was serving Rheinland Military infected leadership but in fact he was in revolt, just acting he servers infected leadership. He was trying to clear Rheinland again. For example he was close friend of Wolfang's teacher Klaus Fischer.
Hendel is graduate of New Berlin military academy. His teacher Maj. Klaus Fischer says about him that he's very talented. He's determined to become very good serving pilot in Rheinland Military, for his age he's very good skilled and he's still able to learn more and more. Wolfgang got Wraith from Rheinland Military when he was studying on academy because of quick progress and success in studying and later after his finished, he was also piloting a Rheinland bomber craft Fafnir. His very familiar with Rheinland space,history and politics. After finishing military academy he was taking missions for Rheinland military to both clean Rheinland and practise his skills againts pirates like Red Hessians or LWB.

Background Information: Jakob is the youngest of three children born to a lower middle class family, born 792. His parents were married young as a result of the birth of his oldest sister. Jakob was raised in a semi-arid steppe area of Stuttgart celebrated locally for the wines produced by the few people who could still afford a small hillside. Jakob's father, Geoffrey Metzger, worked as a parts distributor for farming machinery while his mother, Katrin Metzger, spent much of his younger life at home raising the children. His sisters are Laura, born 787, and Niko, 789.
EDUCATION
While publicly schooled, Jakob showed a high intellegence at a young age. In his third year of schooling, Jakob was evaluated and was admitted into the experimental educational program KOG. Little is known about this period of education, as much of this program has been kept classified, but we do know that Metzger was in this program for three years before opting to return to standard public education. Jakob has performed much as an average student throughout his educational career, but with consistent remarks from instructors regarding his potential being unreached. At sixteen, Jakob finished his basic schooling by taking the Adult Basic Standardized Educational Assesment which he completed in the top three percentile. Since receiving his diploma, Jakob has not continued any type of formal education but can be found spending his free time reading textlogues and researching details of archaic Terran jet-fighters, a long time passion of his.
CHILDHOOD
Jakob's childhood was neither ideal nor desperate. Much of his time was spent playing with neighborhood children and his sisters. It would seem that he was a normal boy with a liking to rock climbing and fishing in particular. He was raised in the church of Man-Jesus, along with the rest of his family.
ADOLESENCE
Jakob's parents divorced in the beginning of Jakob's adolesence after years of quarreling. Jakob's father's ever increasing use of Cardamine and loss of employement had fueled and already smoldering fire and Katrin moved the family to New London, Bretonia, and Jakob lost all contact with his father. Cardamine would return to plague relations of Jakob for the rest of his adolesence. On New London, Jakob's mother found employement working as a secretary in a construction firm and scraping together enough money to afford a mortgage and provide a healthy life for the children. This divorce of his parents didn't
affect Jakob in a negative way, instead it drove him to distractions to focus his energies into. This is how Jakob got into mechanics and racing. At 14 years old, Jakob met his first true friend, Marcus Diaz, a racer and son on a slavage yard owner who introduced Jakob to racing. Over the next two years Jakob would pour his freetime and credits into building his first Lane Racing ship, Der Herzog, and could almost always be found in the junkyard with Marcus fine tuning their rigs. With his speedy ship, Jakob began running deliveries throughout Bretonia space to earn extra credits. After one particularly long run, Jakob returned to the salvage yard to find Marcus is a foul temper. Marcus had found out that his lineage is from the Corsairs and his family had illegally immigrated into Bretonia to flee the lawlessness and war that plagues the area to raise their son in peace. Marcus told Jakob that he had to return to Omicron Gamma and aid the Corsairs in the war against the Outcasts. Jakob was torn between the brotherly love of a friend as well as a deep loathing of the Outcasts and their cardamine trade which ruined his family and the lifelong hatred of the pirates, a sworn enemy of the state. He told Marcus that if he returned to Corsair space they could no longer be friends, and Diaz would be an enemy untill he severed all ties with Corsairs and returned to lawful space. Marcus understood but said there was no option. He left that night, and Jakob has not seen him since, though occasionally he receives a random deposit of credits to his account from M.Diaz. No note is included. It was shortly after this that Jakob took the ABSE and decided to return to Rheinland space.
ADULTHOOD
Jakob has spent the past few years racing Der Herzog and taking adrenaline-junky clients for back breaking rides around Rheinland and Bretonian space. He still has not found his father, and Diaz is still alienated from him. He sends his extra credits to his mother and sisters back in New London, waiting for the day they too return to Rheinland. When the war between Liberty and Rheinland broke out in 817 Jakob began toying with the idea of joining the military, and now has finally decided to make the leap and leave behind the carefree days of speed for a more disciplined life of purpose. Serving his homeland in the struggle to free us from the yoke of Liberty!

EARLY CHILDHOOD
Helmut Schreiber was the only child of Hermann and Helga Wulf, a pair of scientists in the service to the Rheinland military. The couple were experts in biomechanics and were assigned to the Battleship Ausdauer. They were on a top secret expedition onboard the ship to the outer regions where they were sent to retrieve technology from the recently discovered Nomad race of aliens. Unfortunately the couple became infected by the Nomads as a result of their research on the captured alien craft. Under Nomad control, the couple never returned home to where Helmut at age 2 was still being cared for by relatives.
After a year with no contact, the family decided that the child would be better off as an orphan because no one in the family was suited to look after a child. The day that he was dropped off at the orphanage in the largest city in Stuttgart, Helmut never heard from his family again.
ADOLESCENCE
Throughout his years at the orphanage Helmut was enrolled in school, and despite the circumstances of his early life Helmut excelled at his coursework. His intelligence was greater than the other children in the orphanage which lead the kids to make fun of him. He began to rebel against authority and his grades gradually began to reflect his change of personality.
Luckily the orphanage that Helmut was owned by the Rheinland government, which had mandated that any child at the age of 12 who had no legal guardians were required to attend military boarding schools for eventual enlistment into the Rheinland military. This change of scenery most likely saved Helmuts life because once under the strict tutelage of the instructors at the boarding school Helmut regained his focus and he found the military life an easy adjustment to make.
ADULTHOOD
After graduating from the primary school at the top of his class, Helmut was immediately enrolled in secondary school to continue his training to become a future military hero. Upon arriving at the school he was immediately placed in the role of platoon guide, where he learned vital leadership skills that he still retains to this day.
It only took him four years to complete his training at the secondary school, where only a few more obstacles stood in his way of becoming a member of the Rheinland military. The first was of course the written exam that was required of all graduates from the secondary school, which Helmut passed with relative ease. Then came the combat simulation test which pit Helmut against a number of foes while he took the helm of a Wraith. This too he passed with flying colors, destroying or disabling all of his foes and returning to base with only minor damage to his simulated ship. The final talk was to submit his enlistment papers to the admiral for assignment to a company within the military.
Basic Personality Traits:
Helmut is a proud Rheinlander willing to put his life on the line for his country and his comrades. He is a loyal friend and a good soldier who will listen to orders that he is given. However he is a bit headstrong and will occasionally question to himself orders given him by superiors if he sees a more suitable way of carrying out the objective.

Background Information:
Born on Planet New Berlin in 786AS to Hugo and Katrin Stautner. As a child Wilhelm was an average student. By no means does this mean he was unintelligent, his strength was in being a quick thinker with a sharp wit, as opposed to possesing an academic mind. Eventually Wilhelm became tired of his education, deciding to opt out of taking it any further, and at the age of 16 went to work at a Kruger Manufacturing Plant alongside his father. The job didn't pay a lot of money, barely enough to get by, and after his father retired in 809AS Wilhelm also had to support his parents. Luckily for him, after one or two years of struggling to earn a living his skill and positive attitude paid off and he received a promotion to Shift Supervisor. One particularly noteworthy event is his on the spot organisation of an evacuation for his sector of the plant during an emergency in May of 810AS, during which there were no major injuries or fatalities despite the sector he was in being one of the worst hit. This promotion, along with the extra money it brought, enabled Wilhelm to live a comfortable life for himself whilst still providing for his aging parents.
Wilhelm was only 14 when the Nomad war started and the events had a great effect on him. He was highly disappointed with the role that his beloved Rheinland played in the war and hoped that his house could one day redeem itself in the eyes of others. Even today: 17 years later, these same feelings drove Wilhelm to leave his job at Kruger and join the military to do his part in bringing Rheinland back to it's former glory.
Basic Personality Traits: Wilhelm is a charming man, and a patriot of Rheinland. He is known to be levelheaded and decisive in stressful situations and will not hesitate to act on initiative if he has to do so. Stautner has a reputation of occasionally becoming ruthless in his methods when he knows what he wants to achieve, which has been both a blessing and a curse.

Background Information:The Kaufmann's were part of the initial rush of explorers to settle the planet of Nuremberg. During the rush Aldric Kaufmann (Alaric's great great great great great grandfather) used his small retail chain originally from Stuttgart to purchase a third hand Humpbacks and Libertonian Rhino. He opened shop as a small planetary and inner solar shipping firm with nothing more than a table under an awning to shield his body from the sun.
As the planet began to develop research had yielded that the planet could not grow crops nor be used as a commercial fishery. As people left Aldric Kaufmann began to purchase land as fast as the small shipping firm would allow.
From time to time a newer vessel could be purchased due to the owner disappearing on a sport fishing trip for the renowned Pirasharq or any other derivitive of hostile animals in the oceans. In time Aldric was able to amass the land and vehicles needed to become a small time player in the system of Munich, with short term contracts keeping the business alive, Aldric himself retired to the sea side of Nuremberg, always mindfull of what the ocean harbored.
The company itself was left to his son and his family Frantz Kaufmann around 584 A.S.
Frantz performed his best, he shifted the short term contracts his father designed around long term ones, yeilding a higher fee and company security. His greatest achillies heel was his love for something new, it carried with the family lineage ever since. He shifted the work to hired stock brokers and a small time CEO. Giving him the revenue, and time to pursue his interests of using the company assets as he wished.
While the company held itself together Frantz would take his fledling family on small excursions beyond Munich and its simple but bustling system using a cozy second generation Humpback that nearly toppled the firm itself.
Using the bustling firm's cash flow Frantz taught his children the stars of Rheinland and where to go and how to do it. Showing them there is life beyond their little system of Munich and its minerals. The lesson stuck, and the lifestyle in one form or another propsered through to the Frantz's children as they took over the company in a joint effort in 635 A.S, the pair of girls in the family to operate a business.
Senta and Katrina both wielded different attitudes towards the company, and both shook its development in their own ways. Senta favored remaining on Nuremberg and the saftey of its poisonis soil, meeting clients and creating contracts; Katrina was the more adventerous of the two that prefered to fly a transport with crew, extending the families contacts and meeting old family relatives.
The company nearly went bankrupt with the purchase of several first generation Hawk light fighters being developed. But they quickly met their value and exceeded them as the convoy Kaptain's reported safe passage due to the mear presence with their heavy class 5 guns they mounted.
The company recovered and flourished under the guidance of new contacts and even better freight into New Berlin. With the arms race of 682 A.S and the government in shambles the Kaufmann's were a small force on Nuremberg by the time sisters Senta and Katrina retired not far from where their grandfather retired to on the coast.
Of course both girls had begun families themselves with the husbands assuming the Kaufmann name as was proper for Nuremberg families to carry out the lineage.
In an odd change of events Senta had beared a young son named Willard and Katrina had beared a daughter named Rae, as was the forming custom the two children split the work of the company in half; Willard was book smart and had a nack for learning, while Rae was firey and quick to anger. They shared the effort as Willard was tasked at holding the company aloft while Rae lead the fighters in convoys in the slowly aging Hawk's.
Even deep into their forties only Willard had married happily to a bubbling wife he adored, Rae remained single with her closet companion the weights she brought along or the flying yoke of her Hawk.
Tragedy had struck as Willard knew it would, his cousin Rae had stayed in her Hawk far to long and lost control as it was incenrated by newer versions of the very same vessel she flew. Willard had a closed and empty casket funeral on the open sea, burying her spirit in the same ocean his own mother had died watching every day. With the company secured in the hands of a single owner again Willard instituted a new policy in fighter craft purchasing for defense, a program designed to phase in new craft as they became available and keep a small select stock for training future convoy pilots. It burdened the small company but they managed as their fleet slowly evolved into purely Rheinland manufactured Humpbacks and newer generation Hawks.
Willard is ear marked in the family lineage for his cold interest in making hard profit. His two sons though barely reflect this change as both adopted the policy of their Great grandfather Frantz in his life of exploration when they assumed ownership of this small historical firm in 744 A.S.
They hired a CEO and broker to manage their company as they gave the man grey hair as he fought to balance the books. Untill he understood their madness in working, both brothers shared a single concept, run big and fast. Their cargo's reflected this as they brought in Diamonds and shipped them all the way through the Sigma's and later the Tau's themselves. Both were known for running the high risk high reward cargo's and some people of Nuremberg suspected the brothers played as Smugglers as their skills developed with them.
This did not go unnoticed amongst the Rheinland government and several inspections were made upon the company and vessels themselves till the CEO broke down and told them the brothers ran cargo where ever high profit was made in any territory. His life had been drained and he looked like an old man when he finaly quiet the company in a huff with a balding head.
This gave the brothers a cold wake up they needed and they returned to Nuremberg rich men with fledgling families of their own as they began to raise their children in proper homes and schools. Both men retired, Berne and Berrine, with their wives. Berne had remarried by this time to Olga a girl that loved to sport fish for excitement on Nuremberg.
Only Berrine bore a son named Gere, he leaned heavily on his father's experience and took after his grandfather Willard, a man interested in the bottom line during the year of 786 A.S.
Gere followed Willard's style of running the corporation to the T, remaining to the books and leaving the convoy's to his crews. His son Alaric Kaufmann, homage to Aldric Kaufmann that started the buisness itself, was issued a Griffin as part of the standard program of keeping up-to-date Light Fighters to guard the transports at all times when he turned 20 in 806 A.S mere years after the large war amongst the colonies.
Alaric spent much of his free time studying the art of warefare and comprehending the effects of fighting in unlimited planes and angles. Using his knowledge gained from his studies and use in fighter application his father purchased the first train class transport bestowing it upon his son, the move was considered shakey at best. Some believed it was a high risk venture or some glimmer of Frantz himself showing Gere, his motives were far more simplistic, bringing the company untold wealth by keeping his son out of a fighter. The trick worked and his son took to the new role within weeks, sitting aboard his train class vessel, reviewing trading logs while keeping the convoy in constant motion.
Gere himself is in his last decade of leading the Kaufmann Firm and is looking towards bestowing it on his only son Alaric, though Alaric himself bears little interest in the large folds of how the Interstellar Freight firm works beyond his personnel convoy team. Alaric bears a striking resemblence to his fore father Willard and shares his cold outward nature interests while on the job. He may be loath to admit it but his resemblences go beyond a likeness.
Alaric maintains his momenteum using the largest asset inside the Kaufmann's swelling pockets, this new found glory for Alaric has allowed him to broaden his horizons by looking towards the Military for answers with his rather deep pockets.
Alaric's chief imprint upon Kaufmann Interspace Freight is the trademark of never spilling his bay or paying a fine to pirates. He has yet to run a trade route in the negative, his cold determination instilled in him from Gere Kaufmann is felt through his convoys as a man who will go the distance to finish the job.
Crew members that have seen Alaric's personnel neural net journal commonly see collections of combat footage and foot notes at intervals of small notes breaking down the fight. Some even speak of seeing large ship schematics with jumbled notes, no one is sure of what this hints at for Alaric, but the Kaufmann's always dream big.
Basic Personality Traits: Calm, and cold in battle. He has lost the thrill and adrenaline rush of battle over time from his fighter days. Fairly sociable and talkative in the dull moments.

Son of two simple farmers, he didn’t liked the idea to stay and work the land. He worked alongside with his parents but he soon realized that he was not cut out for that; that he could do more then just help the parents at agriculture. With time, Porta discovered how much he hated agriculture and that he had a natural skill for trading. He started some small illegal operations, but also he admired the life of a soldier and saw that as a life business opportunity. At a young age, Porta started to make friends from the Garrison troops settled on Stuttgart. He also met with other dealers, learning and developing his natural skill toward that of a military man. After a few years, one of his friends from the Military took him inside a fighter cockpit and he spent some of his time inside the barracks, motivating him to become a pilot and a soldier. There is where he saw a lot of opportunities.
At the age of 16, Porta joined a flight school. His first specialization was civilian air vehicles. Tt that school, Porta showed some natural skills toward flying , quickly amassing the knowledge gained from the lessons of his instructors, graduating among the top five from his class.
At the age of 18,Porta found work as a pilot who dropped fertilizers. He didn’t worked long in that place, his mind reminding him that there was more then work in the food basket of Rheinland. He liquidated all his savings from the bank and with the blessings of his parents he started to wander in space.
Porta tried to find work among the Rheinland stations and planets, trying in many cities but all the work he found didn’t satisfied him. It was true that the money he earned was more then enough to sustain him, but he felt a hole in his heart and every time he saw pilots of the Rheinland Military he started to think on how he will look in a Military uniform.
He stayed on planet New Berlin for a few months; time spent on training himself to join the military. He adapted very fast at long periods of day and night presented on the planet; something abnormal for a boy born on planet Stuttgart. A few weeks later , he was spotted near the recruitment center of the Rheinland Military and with his training he was confident on his admission to the Academy.
After he stepped in he was not seen for four years, time when he learned all the things a pilot had to learn in order to survive on the battlefield and to maintain the stability and enforce the law in Rheinland space.
He was sent at the end of the training to the Battleship Strausberg where he awaits his new orders and to be transferred from the secondary fleet to the primary fleet.

Dortmund, though a quiet dirty place, was his home and his favourite place.
His father, Walter Xaver was an average ALG transport pilot, who flew the same boring route every day.
He was quite depressed, everytime he got home after a more than long day, but his wife Anna Xaver
tried her best to motivate him again and again.
The stories he told his son Paul have been different though.
He spoke of brave Rheinlanders, moving out for the Kanzler and our nation, of huge fleets passing his
ship, seemingly untouchable and undestructable.
He always paused when bringing in the Admiral's flagship, the Koenigstein, which is a true sign of
Rheinland's strength and superiority.
That way, Paul soon knew what he wanted to do when old enough for it, serving the Military.
