I am Lucas Andreani, a businessman on Planet Nevers. I am contacting you to file an official complaint against the captain of one of your trade vessels, IDF)Ile-du-Levant.
I was relaxing above Planet Nevers in my "Moonbeam" civilian ship when the incident occurred. I detected the IDF)Ile-du-Levant and was initially hailed in a sociable manner. I responded in a friendly manner and, since I had some free time, offered to escort the vessel.
I was then confronted with a deplorable tirade of insults, threats of violence, racial slurs, intimidation, slander and abuse. All of this after apparently recognising that I have a Corsican name. Here is a recording of the event.

Lucas.Andreani: Not some fool employee.
This behaviour is completely and utterly unacceptable. I am proud of my Corsican heritage, as are a great many Gallic citizens. Being called "scum" and labelled a criminal and a traitor due to my ethnicity is not only deeply offensive to me personally, but also to every Gallic citizen of Corsican descent.
As a gesture of goodwill, I demand adequate compensation for the distress that was caused to myself and my family by this pilot. I would rather have this matter solved in private, rather than though the press or the civil courts. I'm sure your company would rather avoid the embarrassment and poor reputation that a public uproar would cause, not to mention the loss of respect and revenue from your Corsican employees and clients.
