Good evening, gentlemen.
We have been having some occasional difficulties with renegade Outcasts rampaging through Liberty, as well as people taking our ships and attacking the traders that we've hired. You can of course understand why I want those people dead.
I'm copying the access codes for this bounty into this message; the bounty by itself is already open to you. In addition, you may immediately engage any Outcast or independent pilot with our equipment that you catch violating our laws*, attacking our allies, or attacking our convoys; you will be paid for both the kill and reporting the crime.
More detailed terms, of course, can be discussed - this way or in person. Specific targets, location, additional compensation. Are you interested?

Of late, which specific vessels are guilty of which sorts of infractions?
Knowing this, we can focus our efforts appropriately.

It should be listed there. Right now, the only two we've bountied are Red_leader and Blue_leader, both guilty of pirating a transport of workers bound for Malta, but of course this contract would also cover any future... incidents.
On a related note, I wonder what they're the leaders of. It's a rather odd name to take if you have nothing to lead.
While I wouldn't be surprised if you agree with their apparent stance on slavery, consider the benefits for you - if anyone in Liberty is starting to suspect that you're working for us, shooting down Outcasts (renegade or not) would do quite a bit to dispel that. Those two aren't Outcasts, thankfully, but we have had issues with rogue Maltese citizens... and sadly, I expect that to continue.
