Phantom Banner (and other things) Contest - Virus - 12-21-2009
Phantoms need the following to make us look prettier:
-A banner. Thin and wide. Used as a topic header. We'll need this to be able to change to various different titles and it needs to say "The Phantom Empire" in a smaller font. Use the phrase "Message Dump" as an example.
-A second, mildly different banner for the faction status. Says, "The Phantom Empire" ... That's it.
-Subtopic banners, needs to also be changeable. Thinner than both of the above. Use the word "Enlightenment" as an example.
-Buttons, needs to be changeable. Images wide enough to fit a short phrase on to in a normal font. These are relatively small, but need to be wide enough to allow me some room to for lettering. Use the phrase Message Dump as an example.
Obviously this is a set and it should all match artistically. 100 Million to whoever can get me all of what I need and send me the files in a .psd (or whatever the layered photoshop image type is).
I probably explained this in a horrible fashion so feel free to ask questions.

I really have no specifics in mind other than what I need them to be used for, which should be pretty obvious from the description... If they make sense.
So... Make it feel.... "Phantomy" I guess. Whatever that means.

I'm sure Paint.NET has a way to save layered images...

Use The Gimp. It's free and just as good.
