Is there something wrong with the server? - Delos - 12-21-2009

I've tried atleast 20 times to join the server.
Everytime it says: Please wait, the requested operation is taking longer than expected.
and after that it says: I'm sorry, but connection could not be established to that server.

Maybe the server is full? Does that at roughly 197 players. Tip: Don't try and nick reserved slots.
EDIT: No it's not... And I've just logged in fine... Maybe there's something wrong with your connection?

Server has been running without a hitch. Problem most probably in your end. Antivirus suite or firewall, or similar. Have you had this problem before ?

Check your windows firewall, that one can be pain, and of course if you have any other firewall, I'd check it as well. What is your ping to the server? If it's below 120 I think that the "Please wait" message shouldn't really appear. If you have above 300, everything you've said is quite normal. It took me like 20 minutes before I could connect few times ago.
