Well, I'd been thinking. (amazing, right?) Theoretically, wouldn't the most populated house with the most pirates and lawfuls have the best fighter pilots because they fight the most? Or would it be those who fought the least but practice with their friends of the same faction in their guard system? I want some input on this.

You missed out all the border worlds folks, and some others. IMG, GMG, CR, Zoners, Order etc. Unless it was intentional...
Anyhow. Don't spend enough time in any one of the Houses to know. Each of them has at least a few particularly good pilots.

No way to accurately tell as people aren't stuck with one House or area.
