Seems the things are changing. The comms are flooded by new messeges about grown corsair activity in the Kusari space. Well it was just a matter of time, then some kind of rogue corsair or corsair group will overstep their bounds and yet agian a one more raport.
Not so long ago Me and Takanami found one of the corsair transport attempting pirating at New Tokyo - Shikoku Jump gate on New Tokyo, obviusoly he wasn't on trading bases, since Shikoku gate are far from artefact smuggling routes. After I tried to remember the Corsair what is what and who is who in Kusari he dare to threat me. I heard roumers that this one is quite noticed among Corsairs. Flies transport named Mentira
I tought we are in alliance and such behaviuor is not tolerated. But seems some corsairs do not want to understand it. Well but before I sent this report to higher ups of Kusari officials, I wanted to inform you:

I dont know who you are, or how you got this channel, but your message is out of line. If you have a problem, as a Hogosha, you message aught to be directed at the Black Dragons, who if they feel it is important will pass it along to us. Please in the future follow the chain, we do not appreciate individual Hogosha coming to the Corsair Elders, the relation we have is with the Black Dragons. See them if you have a problem.
Aside from that, I see no evidence of piracy in your files there.
