I know most games have some kind of editor in which you can make custom cutscenes, like in Unreal series, GTA series, I think Starlancer had one too...
Or is there a way to do it manually. *shrug* I tried googling and found little to nothing, so i'd ask the gurus instead.

Google LUA for information on writing such scripts. Check out the existing cutscenes to see how to script them. They are in subfolders in the DATA/SCRIPTS folder, and has a .thn extension.
