Scientist_989 has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 26/12/2009 for:

Fair play, a level head and consideration for others.
1.2 Server administrators will impose sanctions on players for violating server rules and for any actions that harm server gameplay.
Consequences: Fined all credits and your guns (excluding the forward gun)
Notes: It is not against any rules to be above any level and have a Civilian ID. It is however a breach of server rules to try blackmailing people into obeying what you believe are the rules or in fact are the rules.
