While I understand their numbers were decreased to reduce server load I find it strange that NY seems to be flooding with them just as much as it was 2 years ago. Also OC cruiser are very popular in Alpha, but not Osiris (let alone one own by the order) shows up in Delta, gamma, or Kappa I was wondering if there was a way to have better NPC dispersion?
Another thing is also the status of fixing missions that involve capships and if there is a way to reduce the numbers of caps per wing to just one and several fighters.
If not where can I find more capital ship patrols
