The Kempeitai is quite a young Agency, it was only formed only 17 years ago, shortly after the Nomad war. It was realised that Kusari was a powerful House, it could take almost anything thrown at it, but a threat from inside could have disastrous results. Just like what happened during the Nomad war, where many high ranking Kusari Officers were infested by nomads. The infected officers sparked a war between Kusari and Rheinland which threatened to destroy both the houses. It was only a small group of independent officers that stopped the complete the destruction of both houses. Under the watchful eye of the Emperor himself the faction was developed. At first support was low, and the Kusari Navy tried many times to remove the group alltogether. They saw the Agency as an insult, thinking that the Agency was meant to replace high ranking Navy Officers who were 'Useless'. Once they even tried to force the Agency into removing thier faction by kidnapping the Agency's leader's family. After about 3 weeks of holding out, the kidnappers were taken by storm, and most of them were killed. the others were given a dishonerable discharge. There were a few other occasions were the Kempeitai Agency was targeted, including the famous framing case (Where a group of high ranking Kempeitai Agency officers were 'framed' for several internal offences. However shortly after the Framing case, the Kempeitai Agency managed to catch an Admiral who was supplying Bretonia with sensitive information about Kusari's command structure. He was going to allow a small force of Bretonian operatives into the capitol to do some 'Cleansing' in exchange for a small fortune and sanctuary in Bretonia. The Admiral was put to death shortly after he was captured by the Kempeitai Agency. After this the public opinion changed from negative to a more positive one. Since then the Kempeitai Agency has more the tripled in size, and the Navy has become allies with the Agency, asking for help and favours in exchange for ships and equipment. The Kusari police have also been know to enlist the help of the Agency a few times, in order to catch Important Criminals, such as Kokyda Tokiko. The Agency is however primarily a Naval Intelligence Group. The Kempeitai is now deeply intwined with the Kusari Navy, aswell as doing occasional requests for the Kusari Police.

Late 801 A.S. - Kempeitai Established.
Mid 802 A.S. - Support for Kusari Kempeitai at lowest point
Late 802 A.S. - After Capturing an Admiral working for Bretonia Kempeitai gains massive support.
Early 803 A.S. - Kusari Navy signs Official agreement to enable Kempeitai to become a part of the Navy.
Late 803 A.S. - Kusari Navy asks for the first Official Favour. Navy offers to assign a fully operational Gunboat and crew to the Kempeitai in exchange.
Mid 804 A.S. - Kusari Navy and Kempeitai work together to succesfully capture an important informant. Kusari Navy Offers three more Gunboats and crews.
Mid 806 A.S. - The Emperor officially thanks the Kempeitai for its excellent service over the past 5 years.
Late 807 A.S. - HIgh ranking Kempeitai officer is assasinated. Assasin is shot several times and captured.
Early 809 A.S. - Kusari Navy Assigns a fleet of two Destroyers and two Gunboats + crews to the Kempeitai to act as a mobile command center for long term operations abroad.
Late 809 A.S. - One Destroyer and a Gunboat are destroyed by unknown forces.
Early 810 A.S - Destroyer and Gunboat killers are identified as Mercenaries.
Mid 810 A.S. - Mercenaries who attacked Destroyer and Gunboat are Captured. They are assasinated before they can be questioned.
Mid 811 A.S - Current Kempeitai Command Fleet is refitted.
Late 811 A.S - Undercover agent within Bretonia Confirms that Bretonia is responible for attacks on Kempeitai fleet in 809 A.S.
Early 812 A.S. - Government relations with Bretonia collapse.
Mid 812 A.S - Kusari Begins Arming fleet after possible attacks on Naval targets is reported by undercover Kempeitai Agent.
Early 812 A.S. - Attempts to resolve problems with Bretonia over territories ends badly.
Mid 812 A.S. - War declared between Kusari and Bretonia over control of Tau Systems.

Well this looks good. Are there any member lists?
What are commands they will be able to use?
How come no transports are on your list? I don't see few Big Dragons as a bad enforcers and ability to even earn some credits with whatever the blockade runner wanted to push trough.

Also, I hope that you will be able to punish the Kusarians that do not obey the law as well, such as KSP letting go of a blockade runner or turning a blind eye to an obvious piracy attempt.

One more thing, about the tags. Is it necessary to promote that you are a secret police?

Well I don't know who you are but I like the general sound of this.
A couple of small points I would like to bring up here.
I would like to see a list of your duties and how you would differ from the KNF and KSP in your duties.
Are you under the command of the Kusari Government as represented by the playes?
This is quite an important question as Kusari is a very intertwined house and I am just making sure you will fit well.
I too would like to see member lists.
]bd[ should be added to your diplomacy, of course we all know where they will go.
Other than this it looks quite interesting and I look forward to seeing you in game.

So AFTER I put in alot of damn hard work into doing my own one, someone randomly decides to make an official faction post without my knowledge whatsoever because someone can't use the search button.

We have enough members to go official, if we wanted to. However, we haven't yet. Perhaps some search buttons can be put to use next time.

How bout you get a faction active before you yell at other people for trying to work on it. Your not an official faction, your not even active, so why try to stop other people from filling the role? You dont own the faction.



Faction write up looks good. Except the diplomacy is wildly out of date.

I'd contact the other group and join them, you seem to have something to bring to the table.
