Consequences:
By all means explain the rules to another player. By no means use the threat of a report over another player unless he makes restitution. It looks like extortion.
We'll do the removing of any credits from a rule-breaker.

I was simply a bit miffed that I'd lost all my roleplay cargo, some of which was a right pain to get a hold of.:)
