We at SiN|Tech are glad that an elite force such as yourselfs are comming into light and wish you well in your mission. However, a slight concern for us has arrisen.
In order to preserve such genetic purity, perhaps you could explain to us what you define as 'human.' As you know, SiN|Tech offers everal biological enhancements and modifications that are selling quite well to those who can afford them. We are concerned that, in your zeal, such modifications could be seen as mutations and thus from your words lible to be purged.
A little clarification on your goals would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot believe I am reading your message correctly. DO YOU REALLY NEED THE CONCEPT "HUMAN" DEFINED FOR YOU? Since earth that was we have been improving our genes, so what precisely are you fooling around with that might make us target your customers? Your message alone warrents me to visit your facilities.
I will leave it the Lord Inquisitor to answer your question, since I have no doubt the answer will be taken as an "Official Policy". Until then be ready for my arrival.

Message To: The Inquisition
There are those in the international community who view our fully legal and consented procedures as "unnatural" or "evil." Some of our clients have returned to either us, or to other medical hospitals after being attacked by such "protectors." Many of our products are far less drastic as genetic recombination or biological modification, such as the Panimmunity or Cell Surgeons that medical facilities use quite often. Despite this, there are those who view our organization as, strangely enough, "Sinful" and thus to be destroyed.
We simply wish to ensure that the Inquisition is not as narrow-minded or xenophobic as these self-appointed lynch mobs.

Inquisitor Lord Tregan walked into the meeting room of the SiNTch ship, where a bunch of reedy scientists and the Public relations officer were waiting.
He glanced over the minds of the scientists and fount they were weak-minded fools, but discovered he could not penetrate the mental shell of the Officer. He would have to investigate this further on his own time.
He took his sword holster off and set it down on the table and looked at the officer.
"Sit Down, and lets begin.' Said the SiNTech operative.
"Yes lets. I will mkae this clear Now." Said Tregan. "Humans have been pure and strong for many generations. Free from the vast Majority of Mutations and daemonic heresies. What you are doing here may threaten the Humans genetics in ways I do not wish to go into Details. We know what you are doing can aid in the hunting of the less desireables, and As long as you do not directly harm any nomal humans or give upgrades to the non humans we will be happy. As well, We hope that your, 'experiments' will not be able to do alot of mingling with the other humans as well as reproduce, because that would mean bad things."
"So to sum it up, No assisting non-human groups such as the Wild or the Helghast, no letting the 'extreme genetic experiments' to mingle with humans, and no letting those same ones reproduce?"
"Yes, that basically covers everything. On other things, we may need your assistance. On board our 'Black Ships' we can use people such as yourself as medical engineers, to help create good ways to make our prisoners confess to their crimes, and those ways can be as brutal as you feel. Also, Inquisitor need bionic enhancements to let us fully merge with our ships in space flight, and your people can help us embed these upgrades and produce new ones. Would you be able to lend us a few of your men?

The scientists conffered a moment to themselfs. They talked in hushed, indistinct whispers, impossible to understand from beyond a foot away.
"They're nuts."
"Compleatly insane. Yet they do have a good bit of power."
"Yes... They'll strike a good chord with the Xenos, and a good percentage of the populace of the Houses as well."
"Perhaps even a few converts from the pirate community."
"Nevertheless, we must answer." They turned back to the Inquisitions' representative.
"I'm not sure you quite understand how our bio-mods work... They can be one-time encoded, yes, but what of our clients who have requested such procedures become part of thier genetic makup? There are some modifications that can -only- be implimented if a total genetic reconstruction is used. Would -they- be 'mutants?' What of our own creations, as I am sure you have at least heard of the SiNNER project. There are plans in place to ship these procedures, and make them availible to the Houses. Are they mutants as well?"
The scientist who was the spokesperson shook his head. "What we give is the future, Inquisitor Lord. And the future demands change."
The public relations officer cleared his throat and took the stage at that point. "As for your request concerning supplies and doctors, we will of course have no qualms lending out medical technicians and our supplies are offered willingly to whomever may afford the cost. We are a busniness, first and foremost..." He said, shooting a side-long glance at the lead scientist. "And thus our sole purpose is to turn a profit from our products."

Tregan stepped forward.
"We know of your, SiNNER project, yes, and while it greatly interests us, we caution in making those people available to live amongst the regular humans. It is preferable if they are not able to, 'Reproduce', with other humans, other wise the effects would be disastrous.
And thank you for lending us the officers, they will be helpful on our Black Ships."
He picked up his sword and clipped the sheath back on his belt.
"If everything is satisfactory, we will take our leave."

The scientists grinned. It was a little disturbing, but not by much. The grin was more of a, "We know something you don't" almost gloating.
"The SiNNERs are quite safe in that regard. They were created to be the perfect soldiers, and that requires a lot. They have no civilian life; soldiers through and through. There is no need for procreation, so they have no means of reproduction. They were created for war, and it is in war that they live."
The PR officer shrugged. "Most of what we plan to sell to the Houses, in terms of the SiNNERs, is the chance for an elite strike-group. The genetics required for this procedure are quite specific, and the cost in resources is quite prohibitive. The largest order we expect to have to fill is a company of such troops. However, you're concerns are misplaced. As stated, they cannot reproduce and have no desire to return to 'civilian' life. Mental conditioning is part of the bargain. The procedure is irreversible."
With that, the SiN|Tech envoy stood. "If we are concluded, then we shall also take our leave. We can hammer out arrangements for the technicians anytime, although you will be forced to purchase any supplies we offer just like anyone else."
