earlier, last night at about 6.46pm (australia time) i entered Cambridge System, thinking that the way was clear i was wrong, when i got close to CRS (guess it) there was an Outcast Dreadnought that goes by the name of TAU-Battleship-Deimos, i asked why he was there, and he said 'Prepare to Die' and i was thinking 'what is this guy doing????' he was just camping outside CRS and not moving, i had a Neutral ID, so he shouldn't of attacked me, but he did, killing me in 5 seconds (combination of inferno cannons to the look of it)
isnt an owner of a Neutral ID, emmm....NEUTRAL????, and it says people 'CAN NOT' attack him?

Ya know, I do recall seeing yesterday Deimos killing someone in Cambridge, forgot the victim's name though, but now I see it was you.
This is a rule violation. If you can produce screenies of it, the admins will take proper action against the player.

Dammit, I Dont Have Any Screenies...but i have a witness....i lost two VERY good pairs of Code Weapons there, a Wild Fire and an Escalubur.

oh my you lost an EXCALIBUR? I fully support you on this. This is not allowed. What character was it? Also:
Pilot carrying this ID has declared himself or herself lawful and neutral towards all factions. Neutral ID owner cannot attack other players (self-defense is allowed). Other players should not attack ships equipped with Neutral ID anywhere except clan systems and Connecticut arena system. Neutral ID owners cannot join any factions, except factions that are neutral themselves.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.

no transports
but you should have a trader ID, but even so, outcast dread cant do anything to a train
so, first of all, get a trader ID, second, report him. BSs cant attack traders.
