[NBK]Saigon has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on 06/01/10 for
5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Possibly,
6.7 Attacking transports, liners or demanding cargo from the same is not allowed for cruisers and battleships.
Consquences: Fined All Credits and Guns.
Comments/Instructions - Your ID does not permit you to attack transports where you did - it might also have been nice to have actually Role played before you attacked him, this being a Role Play server and all.
