Unbalanced to the max much ?

Improve Gunboat Solaris turrets as they are small enough to be reasonably expected to take down fighters and bombers.

Get rid of cruiser and battleship solaris all together. That way Johnny NoEnglish who runs a dreadnought all by itself through the badlands will die even easier, and perhaps, figure out his sledgehammer isn't for flattening mozzies.

:)

In one second, a Solaris BS turret deals 7,500 damage.

In one second, a SNAC deals about 22,400.

Note however, that one is able to mount one SNAC on a bomber.

One is also able to mount up to something like 22 Solaris on a battleship.

Not unbalanced. Should be removed entirely, in my opinion, since battleships should be close-range brawlers, cruisers long-range sniping craft, and gunboats should be point-defense.

Oh yeah, IBTL.

Really? You bring a GB, 2 Cruisers, a Solaris BS, and a handful of fighter and bomber, you get spanked by 4 bombers, and then your going to complain about your weapons?

Sad.

Well, they suck worse than a Prim for point defense. If BS were made the OMFG Pwnships they should be IRP, they need some restriction. Otherwise, i find the expensive hulks of metal wonderful target practice, and if anyone can pick em up, they should remain so.

Hmm, I'm not sure.

Cruisers have a lot of difference in size and maneuverability. From the Kusari Dessy to Battlecruisers.

Cruisers have been built to (primarily) serve as anti heavy platforms. Battleship busters with a measure of flexibility in application and some anti-gunboat capability.

They're generally a poor option to bring against, say, a squad of bombers.

Now BS solaris turrets? Good grief those things give me the shakes. I can run away from them, but if an anti-fighter BS is dominating the battle? It's one hell of an imposing platform.
