Excuse me, but you are hammering me for the not enough evidence of the thing i was never reporting at all.
I was complaining about 6.10 and 6.10 only, you added 5.2 by yourself when it was not a concern - i wasnt complaining about him shooting me down with only one line or something, i was complaining about him shooting me down at all. That is OoRP, this is the problem, not the engagement notice.
The full story goes like this:
Some time ago when we first met i was pirating some Daumann and he, Hessian (sic!) was protecting him from being pirated by me. I dont know, maybe it was miner of some RB character or it was just a strange way of RPing the Hessian - and by strange way i mean doing it totally wrong - but i shot a few warning shots at him (didn't drain his shield to 50% or less) and when he engaged me i called him a traitor and a masked bounty hunter (because he had a bounty hunter pilot in cargo). So, when he opened fire, i returned it, and he fled, damaged, yelling something about expelling me from Hessians (another sic).
Then we met a few times and he tried to shoot me down again and again, up to the mentioned time in report. And it went that way:
I was fighting corsair, he interfered choosing me as a higher priority target than a corsair - wait, what?! - and i fled to base. But then i decided to try it - is he really that mad that he will shoot Hessian down? - and i undocked and sat still. Not a surprise - he just came there with guns blazing. Good thing there was another Hessian around who finished the corsair but the whole situation is weird.
All the time we have met he was speaking nonsense, up to about 2 times of saying about expelling me from Hessians - what? And the whole situation when at our encounters i told them to speak with my commander (we have a sort of little subfaction here, at least we RP it) over this matter so we could arrange this diplomatically but they ignored it and just went to pew-pew A FELLOW HESSIAN. RP? Hardly.
Consider the fact that report was not about "OMG HE KILLED ME BAN HIM", it was about OoRP actions. If you say it doesnt violate the 6.10 its okay, we were asking more of an asnwer to that than of a punishment, and if that's okay we will just stop caring about diplomacy and fire at this RB next time we see him. But... really? Is that a good idea? Neither i nor we think so, thats why i submitted this report.
And again, IT WAS NOT ABOUT ENGAGEMENT NOTICE, NOT ABOUT 5.2, therefore it was not a wrong evidence for it - it was not an evidence for it at all, actually. It was about Hessian shooting down Hessian even when target didn't move or fire in hope of agressor starting to think inRP. Please, read my report again. Screenshots were made to show this and only this, the rest is in-game diplomacy matter.

Actually, son, you might want to do your homework before embarking on further wildly fantastical stories. You assaulted Jaime Fouche, one of my Red Barons, not me, the faction leader, Gottfried Halse. I, Gottfried Halse, apprehended and executed you as just punishment for your attempt at murdering a Red Baron, after you refused the alternative option I, being the nice person I am, provided you with, namely paying a hefty amount of credits as tribute in exchange for your life. The rest is universally nonsense, as well, ranging from your delusional belief that I somehow repeatedly failed to kill you (you -definitely- picked the wrong person to try to tell that kind of whopper about) to your bizarre assertation that there was another Red Hessian present (what?) to your suggestion that I make spelling mistakes (you -definitely- matched your tactics to the wrong person here, again).
Strangest of all, however, is the fact that you seem to now, in a complete about-face from earlier, when you were still trying to get me sanctioned on the grounds of insufficient pre-combat roleplay, be arguing that you attempted to get me sanctioned for shooting a Red Hessian as a Red Hessian. Not exactly the cleverest of decisions, given that that's exactly what -you- initially did with Jaime Fouche (you merely didn't manage to complete the assassination), thereby getting the ball rolling on this entire shebang. You're actually dim enough to, when you think that something that's happened to you is a crime, report said crime despite the fact that you're provably guilty of the exact same offense? (Never mind, of course, that the action I undertook was -completely in-roleplay anyway-.)
Incidentally, you're going to have a very, very hard time legitimately accusing me of any kind of OORP. The simple fact that I'm willing to invest thirty minutes in conversing even with people like you ought to tell you that. Seriously, you picked an absolutely awful person to tell that entire routine of lies of yours about, in pretty much every respect.
Feel free to shoot at Red Barons (even though, if you want to take my advice, I'd suggest not attempting this - it probably wouldn't end all too well for you) once your ban is concluded and your ship is rebuilt, if you want to. I'm guessing an in-character motivation behind such an action isn't too much of a priority for you, anyway. Cheerio.
