First, allow me to formally introduce myself:

I am Reisiger Duke of the Zoner clan of the Dukes, recently appointed CEO of Omicron Supply Industries by our late founder and CEO.

Mr. Samuel Nichols was killed a month ago in an ambush by Assassins of assumed Outcast origin. Unfortunately the identities of his attackers and the reason behind it seem to remain a mystery even tho he was able to send a message to his wife containing a short description and his last will.

We mourn his loss, but all of us intend to fulfil his dream and intentions for OSI.


Now, I am contacting you concerning several matters.


I'd like to inform the Gas Miners Guild, that after returning OSI's former CEO's Kaichou and having the former Security Division Coordinator's encoded to my DNA, two more escort pilots in OSI have achieved the required rank and my permission to use them per OSI's charter.

So currently OSI uses three of the four Kaichou bombers generously granted to us.

The pilots names and the bombers call-signs are as follows:
● Reisiger Duke: OSI-R.Duke
● James Fletcher: OSI-J.Fletcher
● Victor Cross: OSI-V.Cross
Also, field tests of our currently used photon based Zoner guns and turrets showed a mismatch of speed when used in conjunction with the civilian line of deliberator pulse guns. Although it's only a small discrepancy, the effect of reduced accuracy still remains.

Thus, I'd like to request the guilds permission to outfit our escorts and mining wings ships with the Gas Miners Guilds line of weaponry.


Last but not least, with OSI's move to the Taus, we're looking into providing further Zoner Freeports and Gran Canaria with H-Fuel, as our trade, escort and mining ships now operate out of Freeport 10.

OSI thus would be interested in a general license to transport H-Fuel to Zoner ports of call throughout Sirius and would like to know what terms we would need to fulfil for that.

We apologize for the delay, the executive board has been preoccupied with major diplomatic matters.

The board has approved OSI's request for use of the GMG Skyblast and Sunblast line of weapons. We also manufacture weapons for heavier ships, please let me know if OSI is interested.

Currently, the Zoner Trade Consortium is the only major Zoner corporation holding an HFuel contract for Zoner bases in the Omega and Tau systems. If OSI is expanding its operations to encompass the Omegas and Taus, then CEO Hoshi Tanaka will negotiate a contract with OSI executives.

Please note: OSI must obtain clearance with the Kusari State Police for exporting restricted goods (HFuel) through Kusari to the Tau systems. Please refer to the Kusari legal codex.

Thank you for your permission to use the GMG Skyblast and Sunblast line of weapons.

About heavier weaponry... well OSI doesn't field any combat vessels 'heavier' than fighters and bombers, so naturally there won't be any need for us.


As OSI moved it's headquarters and thus our trade and escort fleet to Freeport 10 in Tau 37, we are very much interested in negotiating an H-Fuel contract to encompass Zoner bases and Planets Sirius-wide. Not only to fuel our own ships, but also Gran Canaria and Planet Erie, in addition to our current permission for Freeport 9 and 11.

I'm looking forward to negotiate a contract with your CEO.

Also, thank you for your reminder about the export restrictions. Should we come to an agreement, then OSI will also negotiate an export license for H-Fuel to the Taus with the Kusari government.

We are currently in the throws of negotiating the GMG distribution agreement. I can not inform you the details until finished. However, I will tell you that the delivery territories are fixed to house systems. If I read your request correctly then most of your delivery points are outside house systems and in this case you will be free to run your logistics. For those points inside house systems you will have to contact our new distributors once announced.

Please look for a news release in the near future for details concerning our new distribution channels.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

OSI is currently in process of negotiating for the export license with the KNF High Command, in order to be able to move H-Fuel to the Zoner bases and Gran Canaria.

Depending on whether or not you will allow us, we'd also like to take up delivering H-Fuel to IMG bases in our area, as they are currently cut of from their usual suppliers.


On the note of delivery territories linked to the houses, please bear in mind that Pennsylvania is an independent system under Liberty protectorate. Planet Erie remains a Zoner governed planet, and we'd thus like to be allowed to deliver H-Fuel to our world.
