Oh, and trying to bribe someone else to buy the ID for you was just a little stupid as was quoting,
"I'll just fly without one."
Consequences: Second ship in Bastille now, so you obviously have little regard for any rules here.
Feel free to fly that ship without an ID now, because it is not coming out of prison. If you want the
account slot back, delete it.
