Unfortunately, an in-character comment does not give you the right to make an out of character comment like that. Your comment back was, unfortunately, over the top and directed at him personally as a player.

Any kind of flaming, threatening or insulting language directed at other members, factions or server administrators in chat, public or private, is prohibited on server and on forums. RP-related threats are allowed on the server.
Consequences:
100 Million Credit fine.
