Cannot join any faction, except factions that are Neutral themselves
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Liners, Gunboats, Cruisers, Battleships
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
Only given via Admin
Never usually comes up fortunately, the neutral ID is only given out to by admins to [The_Angels], and
the odd official camera ship. So someone attacking one, and killing it is a rare occurance.
Consequences: Lost your guns, and you now have just 8500 credits to your name.
Not an auspicious start on the server sir. Hope your scanning and trigger skills improve quickly.
