To all Rheinland Kapiteans out on duty with command of a gunboat class vessel or above, this is Oberfeldwebel Meinhardt of the Rheinland Military. Orders from Rheinland Military High Command states that in order to fight more effectively against the Libertonian forces on our borders, it would be wise to keep a database for all ships currently on duty. With this registry, we will be able to have information on your vessel, along with its condition while in space.
