(//This is more embarrassing than it is risky to me... a short history first before I officially start it... You see, My character is Leon_Tigre, and I've already established some RP with him. He was intended to be a refugee runner. His route would be Outpost Holman <-> Planet Erie and back.
Why Outpost Holman, instead of Leeds? Because I decided one of his key events would be stationed there. He was to meet a girl named Milarosa Bloodstone, a refugee who managed to survive the attack of the Kusarians on Planet Harris before Battleship Madcuff was stationed there, with the help of her adopted LSF parents, cause her parents died in the attack. She would also be the VERY REASON WHY THIS GUY JOINS THE LN.
The underlined statement is IMPORTANT, cause if he didn't meet her, he wouldn't join the LN in the first place.

Why this is more embarrassing? It's because I didn't inform the higher-ups about such earlier... well, more accurately I didn't know that I needed to.:$ I have just heard that me going to be granted safe passage to Kusari and Bretonia would never happen!
So in short, I think I just made the biggest RP-screwup in Freelancer History!!! now you know... What I expect more is that I'll be bitchslapped right in the face for disregarding safety protocols. I didn't meet any Brets and Kus during the route to tell me otherwise. But I just want you guys to understand, okay?

Subject: A request for conditional passage
This is Trader Leon of the Independent ship EL-HiL51 Liberty Transport "Vagabond". I address this to the highest command in the aforementioned Navy & Police forces that, with as much respect to these brave men and women who are sacrificing on this very moment for the sake of justice and peace in the colonies, I request a license for a conditioned passage from both forces into the Tau-31 system to conduct legal refugee-running for the innocent lives on the system that have been affected by the Bretonian-Kusari War.
I understand the heavy fighting there, and my cause is just. I do not wish to pick sides in the war, and only desire to bring these poor people away from the intense fighting to the Planet Erie, a zoner Planet, where they may start a new beginning away from all the violence.
In return, I will comply to these conditions:
1.) I will only be able to bring Consumer Goods, Food Rations and Water into the Tau-31 system on Outpost Holman, and ferry out Refugees outside the system to be brought to Planet Erie. I will not be allowed to bring anything else, and should I disrespect this agreement, you can shoot me down at any time without remorse or regret.
2.) I will acknowledge the intense fighting, and, should I get caught in any of the cross-fire the House forces will not be held responsible for my loss.
3.) If ever a major battle were to take place there, it would be my total responsibility alone to be informed of this event. No one else will be held responsible should I get involved by accident or intentionally and perish in the outcome.
4.) I am not representing any official factions: my problems are my own, and no one else other than myself is responsible for any mistakes or consequences that may arise. This is my decision to take, and I'm not sponsored and/or funded by anyone, which therefore means I also handle my own financial problems and well-being.
... If you have any questions, additional conditions, or conclusion I await further reply from the respected officers. I will understand if I am denied to initiate this plan; I only want the lives there to be given a fighting chance to live another day, and be given a fresh, new start from the war and strife that have befallen them, of which they are totally not a part of or participating in.

I understand that I am of no ranking to give any messages to such esteemed ladies and gentlemen, but I also know that my cause is just and true. I do not intend to give up from helping billions, if not trillions, of lives from inconceivable injustices that they are not responsible for.
PLEASE!!! I implore your utmost respects to grant me passage into the Tau-31 system to give aid to the countless innocent lives affected by the war! I understand the delicacy of this matter, but I cannot simply sit idly by while many suffer such great and endearing losses to life and limb! I must act now!
As I finish this paragraph, 3 families will lose their parents, brothers and sisters from the intense war happening in the system! And even more will lose hope in living to see a better, brighter future. I do not intend to leave their prayers unanswered, their calls for help unheeded, to simply watch our fellow Sirians perish in the process of battle and destruction!
I beg on the very edge of my knees to please grant me passage into the sysem to bring food, medical supplies and clothing to Holman Outpost, and ferry these poor, unsheltered souls to Planet Erie, where I am most certain the Zoners on the planet will do their best to aid these unfortunate lives to start a better living. I know the Zoners very well... and I know they wouldn't just let their fellow humans die inhumanely from so much fighting from things they have no part of.
My mission is sacred, my creed is true, and my duty honorable. I will take no part in any of your fighting and remain neutral in the conflict... but please... think of the children!

But I would like to state the following:
1) You will not under any circumstances, bring anything classified as war material to Tau system.
2) You will obey the Armed Force orders for a routine scan of your ship.
3) Your mission will be classed as a humanitarian one, and for that you should apply for a 'Humanitarian Aid License'. Please forward your request to their office.
