Greetings to You , members of High Command in Order organization
My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius , I am the commander of Battle and Escort Fleet in Pioneer Corporation and I would like to ask for permission to use one of Your capital ships.
Pioneer Corporation is a developing Zoner faction and we need special ships for exploration and defending our fleet vessels in most dangerous space systems in Sirius.
One of the best ship for safe and fast exploration is the Resheph - Order Reconnaissance Cruiser.
It is well armed , agile , fast and can very efficiently protect its crew and vessels under its escort.
We would really need such ship in our fleet. I myself as a commander would take command of this class vessel and I can asure you that it would be used in appropriate way.
What would be the ship use under my command?
Mostly it would be a flag ship and It would be used in diplomatic trips into systems hard to reach.
Next mission of this vessel would be defending our Home Planet Grand Canaria in Omega 49 and keeping NFZ safe.
Pioneer Corporation does not have any hostile intentions about any faction in Sirius Sector so it won't be used as a warship of anykind! We are a peacefull and calm group of traders and explorers trying to reach far systems , make new routs to pass through them and help to colonize sectors uncolonized by humanity.
We understand that you don't allow everyone to use your ships but after all we are allies and we should help each other. I've already talked to TOP wing members (The Order Protectors) about this ship and they don't see anything against my permission to use that ship and they told me to ask officialy the HC of Order
and I can tell you that TOP supports PC in getting this special Order vessel into our fleet.
I'm waiting for your reply and I would be very grateful if my request would be accepted.

I am Lt.Cynthia Reeves , the member of TOP HC and indeed we did speak about that ship with Mr Maximus . We did asked about purpose of the ship in their fleet and we think there is nothing against that Order allows usage of it to PC commander. We leave the decision to Order HC but we accept that request and we support PC.

Like I said this vessel won't be used like a usuall escort vessel for our trading fleet it would more like exploration and recon vessel for making our travels into Omicrons and mostly dangerous and Nomad infected sectors where we are trying to explore new systems and discover places where Humanity would be able to colonize. I as a commander of such vessel won't be entering any of House Systems and I will not be using it for let's say "muscle show" it would be a flag ship , a vessel defending our home and if needed freeport space safety.
I'm not planning to make it a warship ..or an advertisment scrap for PC..so I ask again and I will respect every decision you make: Will I get permission for such vessel?
