[Murderers]DeathAvenger has been sanctioned for:
Quote:5.3 Characters that are level 29 and below may only be attacked if at least one of the following conditions isYou attacked and destroyed a level 19 civilian IDed player in your cruiser.

a) They do not have a civilian ID. Recruit IDs should be respected if the person is using it appropriately.
b) They attack you first by draining your shields to 50% or disrupt your cruise engines.
c) They are at the scene of a battle between yourself and someone else and refuse to leave when told to
leave. (Civilians should leave the area when combat takes place or accept the risk of being attacked if
remaining. Onlookers are fair targets.)
d) Civilians who possess a CODENAME weapon may be attacked within roleplay at any level according to
the piracy requirements.
Consequences: All credits and guns removed.

I have explanation and certainly the justification of my act.
That day (or night) I patrolled Scale when my colleague has started to write that someone did not shoot at it. I have flown up more close and there there was a citizen 20 levels. When I have asked that he makes in scale, he has not responded ANYTHING. And so approximately 3 times. And I nevertheless GUARD also AM obliged to know systems that here makes the civil. He has not wanted to speak and I had to kill him.
I ask to return me at least credits as I earned them very long and bloody work and I have killed this citizen not just for the hell of it and for the sake of Crete and its inhabitants and whether a little it was the spy......

There is no justification for blowing up a level 19 civilian with a cruiser, not like he could damage you while
flying a CSV ? Nothing will be returned to the ship, and I suggest you read our rules just a little more carefully.

At level 19 with a civilian ID, very little you can do, but roleplay the situation. Guns are not an option,
especially big ones ... Do not interpret the rules, just follow them as written.

Here is a little reading stuff for you about the civilians in Sirius:
"A non-Military or non-police pilot in Sirius. Just a regular person. "Civilian" refers to a person who uses the Civilian ID, or a class of ships and equipment that are available and sold to all people.
Everyone starts out with the Civilian ID. You are considered to be a civilian of the House that your ship is from, unless otherwise stated or roleplayed. Many News Reporters like to use the Civilian ID."
That means I can just as easily have been a civilian from Planet Crete, as from every other house.
I was AFK most of the time, but me not responding to you and your fellow corsairs messages like: "What are you doing here!? Answer".. "This is corsair space, get out of our territory" does not give you permission to kill a civilian.
Nevertheless, you killed a Cvilian ID CSV vessel on rank 19 in your cruiser. You broke the rule and got punished.
Now stop crying about it. It's embarrassing.
