Here is the latest monetary report. You will notice that profits have increased dramatically towards the end of the report. This is in due to the purchase of the Titanic - Civilian Heavy Tanker. This is the final trade ship to be purchased as this ship meets all the needed items and requirements for myself.
As of this report, the profit margin for Ageira has been set back to the 20% range. All of these are to be deposited in the Ageira|Bank account on Planet Manhattan. If anyone sees any routes that seem to not be correct, routes that indicate violation of terms, or any routes that could be improved, please send this information to myself for corrective matters to be established on my navigation officer.
I would also like to notify the high command that the Trade ship Agiera|Medicine.Bow has purchased a fighter to be used in the Agiera Technologies with private monetary funds. This fighter is the Agiera|SF|Grey-99 Raven's Talon - IR-7 Very Heavy Fighter. This fighter will be flown by Lieutenant George "Touch The Sky" Redheart.
He has already had his fighter outfitted with weapons and has the correct ID and IFF. He will be available for escort/scout missions. The only thing he asks is that anyone notify this Captain for permission and orders are to be given by this Captain. He also would like a flight plan prior to launch. He also would like all flight plans to began at the Pueblo Station.
All of his activity reports will be uploaded in accordance with mandates by Ageira Technologies unless otherwise noted and attached to all reports made by this Captain as he is under my command.

Here is my report on the trade routes for this week. Please note the two pirated activities, as agreed upon in previous documentation the 50% expense fee was taken out of the deposited Ageira Profits. Said profits have been deposited into the Ageira|Bank as asked, please see attachment of this proof.
The Medicine Bow has performed wonderful but I wish the navigation helm could take some extra nav classes as they tend to have issues docking at lane gates but with all my yelling and inflammatory remarks about not being able to stick something this large into a hole they have gotten the hint and begun to navigate a bit more precisely.
I would like to point out that Ageira|SF|Grey-69 and one other whose ship name does not recall to memory in my old age provided escort and actually had to engage a pirate transport that was attacking a Liberty Navy transport trying to extort monetary funds. They were unable to save the navy ship but they did manage to drive off the pirate.
I have received a Fighter report from George"Touch the Sky"Redheart that I will attach to the bottom of this report as well. It seems that he and Grye-69 ran into a couple of smugglers while at port doing some training activities.
Also since this report came accross my desk, the purchase of a Havok MKII Bomber was purchased and will be available for George Redheart at the Pueblo Station for these such situaations. I will assist him in making the modifications as the credits are available. I have asked him to try to become more friendly to the Liberty Navy Guard so we may equip a SAC.

Greetings.
I just want to take a moment to say that it was a pleasure to work with the Minister of Trade for the house of Rheinland. As you can tell from our interactions on the transmissions that I have attached to this communique that my meetings with the Minister was a wonderful success!!!
It is my pleasure to announce that the trade of Cobalt from the Briesen Mining Facility inside the Omega-7 system to Pueblo Station in the Colorado Station is now permitted under the License of Export that has been permitted to our Ageira Corporation.
This license ONLY apply to the Ships that are under the Ageira| ID. If you attempt to use a private ship you will not be protected and will come under the normal laws of embargo set by the house.
I want to make it stressed that there is to be NO violation of the embargo laws by any member of our corporation. This license took a massive amount of time and credits to obtain and the route is of an important profit margin that it is not to be lost.
So I will outline the route below for you to view.

Subject: Rhineland Jump Gate issues
Taking advantage of our newly acquired licence issued by the Rhineland Government, I, along with Captain Jack Freeway, made a run of Gate/Lane parts to the Bonn Station.
On the way we encountered many Jump Gates and Trade Lanes in poor shape. One Jump Gate, New Berlin -> Hamburg, gave us much trouble. Our ships docking systems could not enable the docking sequence. The Jump Gate kept losing communications with our docking systems.
On the way back into Liberty, my nav systems had trouble locking on to different Trade Lanes. Multiple times I had to skip the primary entry Trade Lane and dock with the second one.
These issues with various Trade Lanes and Jump Gates within the Rhineland system subsequently leads to increased delivery times within the Rhineland system, it decreases the profit per minute for Ageira. Time is money!
I propose that Ageira lobbies the Rhineland government to increase their maintenance budget of their infrastructure. This will lead to less money need for long term maintenance, in turn saving them money in the future.
I also propose that Ageira employees increase the runs into the Rhineland system in order for them to have enough parts to be able to fix the problems.

Due to the recent time put into the negotiations with the Minister of Trade for our new acquired licence issued by the Rhineland Government, it has left myself tired and mind numbing.
I herby put in notice for leave of absence. I will try to do 1-2 runs per week for our corporation but my health is most important. I will put in my reports on a biweekly mode if my health allows me to make the trade runs.
I also would like it known that George"TouchtheSky"Redheart has left my presence and is no longer employed as my fighter pilot. I do not know where he has gone as there was no note. I see that the fighter and bomber are still docked at the Pueblo hanger so I can only think that he has found his own transport.
