Plan B has been sanctioned for:
Quote:5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.
If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without attacking anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.
5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not attack the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours. Self-killing during a PvP fight is counted as a normal PvP death.
I saw you do it, you did it, and you should not have.
Consequences: All credits and guns removed, sanction notification added

when u get a "player was killed by a hostile vessile" - this means for me beeing killed by a NPC !?! did i get something wrong ?
and

respawnig is ok - i was leaving, so what can i do getting involved again - i was on my way leaving - when a player asked (other players) ... , ... , Plan-B again ? - i did answer getting killed by NPC - well was leaving system - but after 2nd kill i left server - now i got a sanction ???

Admins don't shoot, witness here.
1) Plan B, if you are fighting against another player or players, it doesn't matter if you get killed by them, by your own faction partners, by the NPCs, or if you die diving in a planet, Who got you killed is not important. You got killed, switch to another character, or leave the system. Those are your choises.
2) No one in our group (the MM) attacked you again after you respawned, so, you were not under attack, and by that, not able to re engage in battle again.
Seems you didn't re engage on purpose, but you were mistaken the rules about getting killed.
In simple words:
Death is death, no matter how it happened.
