At present, due to supply constraints imposed on us by the war effort, the BAF operates under a policy of requiring specific licenses for each individual wishing to use BAF weaponary or other equipment. Unfortunately this means that we cannot allow the free sale of our weaponary on the open market as this would allow individuals to purchase Bretonian tachyon and particle cannons from your stores without having first been vetted and approved by ourselves. Given firstly the shortage of such weapons and secondly the risk that, being sold in a House beyond Bretonia's control we would be unable to ensure they were only distrubuted to suitable people, we are sadly forced to deny your request for sales license of Bretonian weaponary.
You will be notified should the Ministry of Defence instruct us to alter these policies in the near future.

My apologies for the delayed response. The Kusari Naval Forces and the Kusari State Police have been dealing with higher priorities as of late; we only just got to the issue of your message recently.
I speak for the KNF and the KSP when I deny your request to distribute our weapons. Simply put, anyone who wishes to buy our equipment can do it legitimately, and come to us to do so. We would rather keep a closer eye on the matter of who's hands our technology is in.
