The only thing that has saved you from the same fate as your friend is that there is no evidence that you were shooting at the transports. Pirating them, yes...

Consequences: Credits, such as they were, and ship stripped of equipment. You can keep the Outcast Destroyer for now. Do not repeat this mistake again.

Just an addendum to this one. Remember that I said the only thing saving you was that I didn't have evidence of you shooting transports? That showed up.
And your prize for that is one brand new starflier - in place of your outcast destroyer, since it was quite apparent that you don't know how to fly it properly and under the rules.
